Clean, beautiful and quiet!
Nothing!

Amazing view, tasty breakfast and sparkling clean room! It was beautifully decorated and had enough space to move inside the room but the sea is opaque, clean and amazing! The view was breathtaking and hospitality of the people working at hotel was fascinating!

The view is amazing, facility is great. There are lots of spots to take pictures, also the view of the sunset near the cliff was so unreal. -it’s a private place to relax and enjoy some peaceful time.
staffs are friendly and nice, enjoy the talk with them. food are well prepared.
highly recommend here as nothing can better than having dinner while enjoying the sea view
the location is a bit remote, but as you basically always need a car here it’s not a problem.

we absolutely love the location on the point so remote and private. ( a 40 minute gorgeous drive up from Fethiye)
although we upgraded to the honeymoon suite down low by the water, initially we had a much bigger room up on the hill with a great patio and sea view, for us personally the pool area. breakfast/restaurant bar area below were just too steep a walk down from our initial fabulous huge room.. The cobblestone driveway and sidewalks are lovely but it’s all on an extremely steep incline, so not for those with any sort of knee issues (like my husband).
the first room (up high on the hill) was beautifully decorated and had lots of special touches (carpets, artisan ceramic dishes for soap etc) — So we were just a little surprised when the honeymoon suite which was a serious upgrade— was decorated in a much more bohemian simplistic style. of course the proximity to the sea and the privacy and exquisite location of the room was paramount. but I couldn’t help thinking that if you had seen one of the other rooms like we had that you wouldn’t think something was missing. it just seems like they never upgraded honeymoon suites to be a little bit more refined with their special touches. that was the only small negative that impacted me and only because I saw the other rooms first.

The property had very picturesque spots and the staff were nice
maintenance needs to be approved, sea access is not good, poor wifi signal, breakfast needs to be improved, super far from town and at night poorly lit roads

location is perfect!!
Unfortunately a number of staff (not all ) were rude and argued about what we either did or didn’t have. Our second night we went to pay our bill (doing this on a daily basis),and the staff tried to charge us for drinks that we never had. As soon as we said we didn’t want to pay for stuff we never had a total of 5 staff made us feel intimidated. We ended up only paying for what we had but the whole situation made us feel uncomfortable

Location, the staff at the restaurant was really nice and good breakfast
We had a strong smell in our first bedroom. At the beginning we were thinking it's the air-conditioning system so we stopped it and opened every windows. However after waiting the smell was still here so we went to the reception and informed them. They told us, we will check and if we can not fixed it we will move you.
We had no news so we went to the manager and asked as the smell was still there and even worse and very horrible. She told us we did not find anything. Maybe they did not find from where it came from but the smell was really really strong (like a dead animal, it can happend, but don't live people in this bedroom). We had to be insistent to be proposed to move. They finally moved us and after the bedroom was ok, and without smell.

The view from everywhere is fantastic. The rooms are nice and with the great view as well. The restaurant is very good and the pool excellent for relaxing together with the access to the Mediterranean sea.

The chef knows how to turn out some very tasty food.
I had so wanted to like this place. We chose the nicest room and looked forward to experiencing several days of bliss on the Turkish Coast. Unfortunately the owners of this shabby chic property have let shabby take over. If you are planning in going here, be aware you'll have to make peace with the following: cold showers until late in the day when the solar tanks warm up, unheated pools (which by October means cold pools), no WiFi in the rooms but rather only in a small part of the public area, no tv, electrical outlets in the room not all working (and the staff casually mentions it knows about the outages but then doesn't do anything to fix the problem), very poor lighting leading up to the room and in parts of the room (making use of cell phone flashlights
mandatory), breakfast from "8:30 to 10:30" but it is only really ready by 9:10 or so (one couple gave up in disgust after waiting over half an hour without being given anything), wait staff that hasn't been told about using deoderant and therefore frankly reeks, unwashed windows in the rooms, and a general neglect of the property buildings and garden. We felt ashamed for the owners/management until we realized that they really didn't care. The prices are on the higher end for Turkey but do not result in a nice experience.

view, nature, food 10/10
receptionist forgot our check out time and made an early call for check out
1.0
The view of the hotel only. The receptionist man was friendly.
The cleanliness of the hotel was miserable there was ants walking around the bed we checked in and the private pool was dirty the property is not clean enough. Also the way to enter the property is one one of the scariest ways ever there is a slope to enter the property so if you have a big car it will not be easy. We changed the hotel immediately!

The location is perfect on the cliffs. In the nature, quiet, not so many rooms so not crowded. The rooms are spacious and really chick
They were playing lame Turkish love songs all the time but they switched to english when an English group came to the hotel
The cuisine can be better

The restaurant was amazing, very good vibe, delicious food, and nice view
Room was not maintained properly
Private pool was not clean
Insects inside the room
Air conditioning was not working properly
Overall with the same amount of money, I expected much better service and facilities, and as we were moving between different places in this area, I would say that there are much better places with the same price and even less (in terms of quality, cleanliness, professionalism and facilities)

We got a room upgrade to an idyllic suite with jacuzzi and hammock, views of the ocean and could hear the waves as we slept. The dinner menu was better than any restaurant I’ve visited and they went out of their way to cater for my food allergies. A lovely Turkish breakfast too with a large variation even though it was a quieter time to visit. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The location is at the bottom of the mountains with views across the Greek islands and Oludeniz and access to the sea with ladders and jumping platforms. Little sunbathing niches set into the cliff everywhere and so many cute details. It was so relaxing and romantic we wished we had spent longer.
