For one or two nights it's good

Well. Basic, but ok. If you need a place to spend a night or two while visiting Regensburg, that's good. About a 1.5 km walk to the center, a pleasant location, and very quiet. Acceptably clean. Free private parking.

A bit older equipment, but functional. No breakfast is provided, luckily at least a water kettle is there, so you can make instant coffee and walk about 200 meters to buy fresh breakfast in a bakery in a shopping mall. Make sure you call the host in advance, they send you the code to the key box with a delay, so you don't stand there like a dunce waiting.

It was the right accomodation for a 1 night stopover. Simple, plenty of space, and with free car parking, yet in walking distance to the historic centre.

Comfortable beds. There is a small refrigerator, toys for children (this one is great).

Pleasant

The room is situated in private house, which is reorganized for pension. In room there are soft bed, tv, table, a lot of decorations, private bathroom. Private parking.

On the floor, on the tables there are the dust. Canalisation smells. Surfaces in the bathroom are not well cleaned. On the corners of shower cabin you can see black dirty. There is no air climatisation, just ventilator, you need have open windows in the night. Windows are looking on the narrow street, so it's noisy in room. I can sleep only with earplugs.

Satisfied customer

Location was near the bus station and car parking was provided and safe. With bus you need only 5 minutes to city center.

Toilet is to close to the heater.

A nice place

Very nice room, bed comfortable, I was impressed by the small details that made a nice difference. Very clean also. Parking available inside the inner court.

Good but needs improvement

Nice street location, feels quaint and not touristy - a huge plus. Nice walk to the old city center (about 20-25 minutes). Check-in was easy. Despite the negatives, room met its purpose and sufficed for our two-night stay.

Room felt very warm and humid, a dehumidifier would have been nice. Pillows thin and uncomfortable - I recommend bringing your own pillow. The soap in the bathroom was 95% empty when we moved in and wasn't refilled the next day when the cleaning service was in the room. The refrigerator wasn't very clean and not cold at all. The room decorations were very kitsch and looked very cheap (chandelier, wallpaper, shower curtain, furniture, etc.) Parking was available (good) but not always easy to maneuver the car into the far parking spaces (awkward wall in way).

Quiet place for safe stay

Very quiet location, with private parking. Easy and automated check-in process. Comfortable rooms.

Watch out for heads, beacause Celing on the corridor is low!
