A perfect choice for laid-back people
For the price you pay it's a wonderful hotel with a nice garden and pool. Has breakfast included and is close to supermarkets and places to see. Nice and clean, despite small, beach near the hotel. The rooms are OK and the staff is helpful. The biggest advantage is the beautiful and well-maintained park around the hotel. You can have breakfast outside and the food is fresh and locally grown - the only negative is that the food choices are mostly vegetarian. Overall it's a very good place to stay, offers lots of activities and therefore It's a much better choice than other hotels in the area.
WiFi is weak to non-existent anywhere outside the hotel lobby, as is the case with most budget hotels in Turkey. The running water in the bathroom smelled putrid and you come out the shower smelling worse than before showering.

Calm escape spot
Calm and family friendly. Helpful staff. Good choice for those who search a price/budget lodging in a calm and not very touristy spot. Bungalows are surrounded with squirells, olive & pine trees. The region is known for mosquitos in the evenings, take a repellent spray with you. Interior is protected from them with a fly net in windows.
Hand soap and shampoo was missing. Also we needed an extra pillow for the kid and there wasn't one available upon arrival. It was handled upon our request by friendly staff. TV not working because of the lack of AC sockets.

Bad
The air-conditioner works well.
Unfortunately, this was not a very good experience for our family as we booked this hotel after seeing the positive reviews but could not believe how bad everything was. We don't usually give negative reviews and try to see the positive in everything, but we left this hotel very upset for the following reasons; - The fridge is broken, doesn't work - hot water doesn't work - WiFi is turned off after every now and then randomly and is only available a few hours a day - The shower head is half broken. You will end up having more water on the ceiling than on your body - The second you turn on the shower water, you get an extremely strong sewage smell. After an 10hrs travel, we were hoping to shower at the hotel, but none of us could. This was very upsetting on top of every other problem in this hotel, and one of my daughters was in tears as she really needed a shower. - The blanket on the double bed had a stain on it, and when we kindly requested a new one, we were told they were washed and that some stains don't go away. Only after I insisted on not having a blanket with a blood stain on, they agreed to give me a new one. - The pool area is not lightened and is pitch black, which means there is no way to sit around it when the sun sets unless you take a torch with you. - the breakfast was very basic, but they had a few fruits which we had for breakfast. - The staff weren't friendly and didn't seem approachable. I don't normally pay attention to this as I know they all work very hard, but in this hotel, i felt very unwelcome.

Ready your self for sleepless night..
Location.
Nothing working properly, the room wasn’t like as it shown on photos. The soundproofing was horrible. The beds weren’t comfortable.

Very good
Nice location with bungalows/rooms close to the beach. A nice garden-terrace for breakfast and other facilities (such as swimming pool) on the back-side.
The rooms are a little dark (inside). Furniture and facilities may need some refurbishing. The rooms on the front side are exposed to noise from the motor-way and have less green around, whereas the rooms on the back-side have more privacy and are located in a more green environment.

Exceptional
Very quiet and the bungalows offer intimacy. They are near the beach, you can find a supermarket at 150m and a lot of restaurants and a mini bazaar nearby.
