Did not like the fact that I was told it was going to cost me $126 and it turned out to be twice as much. Ended up pay $226 for two nights in a a hotel in Nuevo Laredo and it's only worth $60 a night.

Breakfast was excellent. The only thing I did not quite like it was a bit expensive for the little of food that I had but other than that it was great.

I guess if I had to try hard to say something it would be. I would enjoy it if I knew the cart system. That you need your card to use the elevator, or to turn on the lights. It would be nice to be informed of the system but we figure it out and it was nice completely enjoyed our time there!

Love the location and the friendly employees.

Too noisy, not very clean, sofa dirty and because it was booked with booking.com, the rooms are in the worst area.

It was fine a standard business hotel on the outskirts of town with good parking and the basic amenities one needs. it served the purpose for a reasonable price.

The ratings would have been higher had the hotel accepted our Pet Dog. Suggesting it sleep in the car was not an option. For todays traveller, having our dog with us in very normal. You miss the whole idea of family.

There was a no dog policy. Our dog is part of our family. That she could sleep in the car was not acceptable.

Staff was very friendly and very attentive. Rooms were clean and the beds are firm and comfortable.

They could update the furniture in the rooms.

I like the location. I’ve been staying there for a few years.

It was disappointing because in the past we’ve been able to get our room(s) a little before check in time. This time we had to wait because they were still cleaning the rooms which I understand. They disappointing part is that when I woke up and noticed that the part of the sheets that were tucked underneath the mattress were all stained with a lot of dry blood. Super disgusting.
