Read several reviews about how small the room was but it’s hard to imagine how small until you stay there. £740 for 3 ni

Amazing location, straight forward check in/out, cleaned daily, good toiletries.

Room is beyond small, 2 people can’t move around the room together. Rancid stench of cigarette smoke, why anyone would want to smoke in a room not much bigger than a cupboard is beyond me. Breakfast was a strip of toast, boiled egg and small unimpressive cup of coffee, if it were free I’d still complain.

Expensive stay but no air con and tiny rooms

Good location, not in the hustle and bustle of Shibuya but about 10 minute walk to centre. Staff were friendly and helped with luggage storage on day of check out.

Rooms are too small to have 2 suitcases opened. Very cramped and minimal space. No air conditioning in room.

Comfortable hotel with great staff and nice rooms. Would stay here again when visiting.

The property was very clean and well kept. The front desk clerks were wonderful people, ready and willing to help with anything I needed. The on-site coffee/breakfast shop was great. So much good food. The beds were very soft and plush which was very welcoming.

There is no sofa or comfy chair to sit in the room. When you have done a day of walking around Tokyo, and you need to rest your sore feet, the only place you can sit and be comfortable is on the bed.

Very good

Good location in Shibyua, next to everything. Lots of restaurants nearby and clubs.

Small rooms and you need to walk a big hill to get there. Not easy with a lot of luggages!

Perfect location for short stay in tokyo

I had two nights reservation but stayed 3, because of a change of plans. Staff were helpful and kind. Location was perfect, walking distance from shibuya station from a main road. They have everything ready (toothbrush,pastel,shower stuff etc.) Breakfast was nice. They keep the luggage on check out Day also.

The air quality of the room was not the best, had a dumpy smell

It was a good central location.

There wasn’t air conditioning throughout the property, only in reception and bedrooms. Lifts and corridors were extremely warm. Not all staff were able to speak English very well and were unable to help with some of our queries.

Location and the staff was good.

But the condition of the rooms was lacking. The room size was smaller comparing to other APA hotel locations, and the smell inside the room was not very pleasant. We had to buy an odor eliminator spray in order to sleep normally at night.

Perfect for Solo travellers but the room will be too small for a couple

It is in a very convenient location in Shibuya. Able to walk to Shinjuku and Roppongi too

Staff did not know a lot of english. Had to rely on translation apps to enquire about my luggage delivery.

Good for solo traveling

Location is perfect if you are planning to be out and about in shibuya. Room is tiny but doesn’t feel cramped. Good use of space. I got put in a room that was a bit run down at first, but I called reception and they moved me to a new room which was very clean so I appreciate the effort and service

It could have been cleaner. In the main room there still were other peoples fingerprints and a bit too much dust and stains on the wall. But the sheets and towels were perfect, comfy and the bathroom impeccable.

Would not recommend.

Had a bed and a roof over my head.

Room was dirty (as in markings all over the walls and linen) I was given a king single bed instead of the double bed. Staff came into my room to pull my doona cover up (didn't bother to make the bed, empty the bed or get rid of my dirty towels while they were in there...) This hotel also has one lift for 12 floors so expect to wait.

Overall my stay was positive and comfortable

Very clean and comfortable space. Amenities provided by the property more than sufficient. The property area was has a lot of food establishments.

it is quite a distance away from the from the JR station for JR Pass holders.

This is the perfect Tokyo sleep cave!

Great location for exploring the neighborhood. the bed was very comfortable and great value.

I mean the room is small but this is Japan so not that big of a deal.
