Staff were so polite and accommodating, I had queried whether they had any special arrangements for birthdays but hadn’t heard back (last minute booking), when my partner and I arrived at the room we were greeted with a special birthday platter of miniature cakes

Room was a little tight for a couple. Not enough plugs for two people. No HDMI access to the TV in the room. Could do with better lighting.

Lighting very poor in rooms and bathroom needs to be brighter in bathroom for make up and hair as mirror light didn’t work also t.v needs to be installed a bit better as it over hangs where wardrobe is and I turned around and walked straight into the corner and nearly ripped it off the wall.

I would have liked a double bed and there were no curtains on bathroom windows flooded the whole room with light as there is a glass door to the bathroom

It was boujee… Staff were friendly and helpful… Later checkout than expected so able to have a lay in etc… It was clean and well kept…

Viewing deck was advertised, however, it was closed and only accessible with a member of staff available to stay with you while up there (I under why but also felt that if there are 2/3 people supervision wouldn’t be necessary)… Couldn’t figure out how to open the windows… it wasn’t clear if we could just sit in the bar and chat without purchasing anything (when it was quiet)…

I like the decoration and furnishings throughout the hotel. The breakfast had a lot to choose from.

There was a disturbance during the early hours of our first morning by neighbouring guests. Lots of shouting and loud confrontation.

Location suitable for visiting family & handy for LCY Airport. Lovely view overlooking Vilage Square,Catherine Grove. Room clean & roomy. Staff VERY friendly,courteous. Asked for disabled chair & bathmats & delivered immediately. Staff very smiley & attentive.

The wet room didn't suit. The whole bathroom floor got wet even if the non disabled person had a shower. Handrails not positioned appropriately. Very slippery marble floor. Would have preferred a 'low rise' shower with a door but obviously a wheelchair user could not use this. Had to use towels to dry floor. Staff very good at replacing soaking towels.

The location was great, staff were so welcoming on reception and the bar staff were great too

My room was a little hot

Staff were so so polite, gave us free cookies upon check in, which were still warm. The room was clean and there was plenty of room. The property was located only a 5 minute walk from Greenwich DLR station making it easy to travel into central London

A rude of staff on reception Ricardo did not not look up at me when I entered and asked a question. He was abrupt rude and not interested in helping me. The rooms was very cramped with no wardrobe space as was the bathroom .

Good location, clean rooms

Staff were borderline rude. Stuck at the gate for ages because we couldn’t understand what one man was barking at us. He then proceeded to tell us off for not booking parking in advance (doesn’t say so at the time of booking or in any reminders). Had to visit reception probably 3 times overall during my stay and each time they were slow, incompetent and talked amongst each other for several minutes before serving guests who were stood literally in front of them. Housekeeping also kept entering the room even though Do Not Disturb was on.

Location quiet but near Greenwich for O2

Stayed here before, great location for where we needed to be (O2) Friendly efficient staff, nothing was too much trouble. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in!

The tuna sandwich we ordered from room service at 00.30 could of been better, It wasn’t quite what we expected after reading menu.

The rooms are of high quality, the staff are very professional and accommodating.

Modern clean and great staff

Only good thing about the place was the breakfast. I paid for an extra large double bed which clearly wasn’t. The room was very tiny and is not worth the money. There was no view from outside the window. The staff at reception were not helpful, although the staff at breakfast were helpful and kind.
