staff are so friendly checked in with Abishek he was very polite and got us our room early. We paid to upgrade to Ocean view. This room was definitely worth it, the view of dubai in the morning and other sky scrapers to the side was amazing. Unfortunately if you want to see the Burj Khalifa you have to stick your head really close to the corner of the window, but its still possible. Lovely man called Gopi was there to help us take our luggage up, we often saw him downstairs and he would say hello. ALL STAFF here are equally kind, respectful and have the best hospitality skills. The cleaner was excellent always found the room clean and organised, he would even fold our clothes up. Just make sure you ask how the room service bell and do not disturb bell works because we kept pressing room service thinking it meant we are in the room. But that confusion was resolved when the housekeeping manager explained how the bell works. Its hard to find taxis at busy times of the day in Dubai but with this hotel it was the easiest ive experienced. They have a whole team outside calling taxis for their guests. Overall, everything was great, the room looked exactly like in the picture. I would definitely stay here again.

La colazione mi ha deluso, i dolci non erano di qualità, cornetti e pain au chocolat industriali, freddi e non fragranti come in altri hotel nel mondo. I salumi non erano all'altezza del livello alberghiero, non ho trovato in 5 giorni un vassoio di prosciutto cotto con cui fare un toast. La frutta invece sempre fresca, abbondante e varia. Anche i cuscini del letto troppo morbidi, per dormire ne abbiamo messi 3

The property is downtown. You can actually walk to Mall of Dubai in about 20 minutes if you wanted to and see some other shops along the way. It’s very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff is great and it’s easy to get a taxi, Uber, or careem. There are many restaurants available at this location as well. The view from my room was amazing.

Housekeeping leaves a card on your bed to breakfast brought to your room in the morning. The first time filled it out wrong, fine my fault but the second I filled it out right placed it outside my door before 12am like it said and I never got it, twice.

1. التكييف داخل الغرفة لم يكن جيداً الى حد كبير. 2. القهوة العربية في اللوبي لم تكن مضبوطة بشكل جيد 3. سلة المهملات اكرمكم الله في دورة المياة ليست مناسبة ومزعجة في الفتح والاغلاق.

通常の部屋で２泊とスイートを１泊で予約していましたが、受付時に全泊スイートを提案してもらいました。スイートの部屋は広くて快適でした。ブルジュハリファなどの観光名所へのアクセスも良く、とても良い滞在でした。

特によくなかった点はありませんでしたが、プールサイドのバーに夜９時ごろに行くとクローズで、少し残念でした。
