The staff were very helpful, professional, efficient and friendly indeed, and everything was spotlessly clean. Plenty of car parking space.

The air conditioning wasn't working when we first arrived (so it was 30 in the room at first) but the manageress fixed it quickly and provided a back up portable unit as well. A bit noisy but it kept the temperature to an acceptable level.

This is a little gem. Not exactly on the tourist trail but well worth deviating to go there. Jualian and his mom dealt with check in, everything is explained and offered. It is pristine, the bar and staff are friendly, then the jewel in the crown the restaurant, never saw anything like it, people descended out of nowhere each evening and packed the place out, several sittings. Fresh fish, amazing sardines, the chuleton, huge tbone steak for two. The staff are so friendly and helpful despite the amount of people, food served quickly. Amazing and such good value.
