The location and the few are great. Everything is new, in summer it might be perfect. (do not go outside season) The hut is a great place and the heating works perfect. See pictures.

It was a disappointment and a disaster. a) The accommodation was engaged in construction work. I have to admit that everything will become nice in summer. b) There is no restaurant and the advertised optional breakfast is not served. c) You can not pay by card. I had to collect cash from far away since there is no ATM on the isle of Hidropark. d) I got robbed from my money (which I had in cash due to c) and my key card. I had to wait until 10:00 AM in the morning before the cleaning lady was able to provide access to my room. No empathy and the reception was unreachable not only at night but also in the morning (AT 10 HOUR) Slept on the streets with a lot of pain. At least my insurance company paid the costs, but just showing some empathy would have made the difference. I cant blame them for the robbery but the service was none.

Amazing view, good location, close to metro station. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing went well at all

1) The cottage we rented wasn't properly cleaned with a piece of lady's erotic garment found on a shelf in our bedroom, and a half-finished old and dirty bottle of "whisky" found in the refrigerator; 2) When we asked the manager if we could pay with a credit card for our stay, we were told it was impossible, and that we had to give CASH only WITH NO PROPER RECEIPT (!!!) - this alone is already a serious violation of fiscal regulations! 3) Almost all the doors between rooms in the cottage had MAN-MADE WHOLES in them (after serious drunken punches, apparently), and the wholes in the doors were merrily disguised with....... SCOTCH TAPE :))) What else can be said?...... Overall, awful place.

No credit card accepted. In the smallest shop in Kiev you can pay with card. This place only cash. To strange. Builders are working maybe installing terminal

TV didn’t work. Metro line is under the room, so you hear it all the time till it stops. Refrigerator was noisy. Air conditioner was noisy. Bathroom needs repairs.

It was my second booking there, because the location is very good, especially in summer. positive is also the restaurant with fantastic view over the river and great nature but also just 3 metro stations to Kreschatik (Center). the rooms are very small but very cosy. many restaurants and also beaches on the Hydropark Island (20 minutes by feed from the hotel)

again NO cleaning in this 3 nights. rooms are very small without closet or any other possibility to put clothes in. the adress is difficult to find for most taxis because the Hotel is located on a place without adress. in the evening the frogs are singing very loud, its not a joke, i like it but maybe for some people very loud to sleep.
