Wonderful stopover, best nights sleep I've had in ages, enjoyed the cozy bar and relaxing SPA area. Breakfast was a real treat too!

Great location, comfortable beds, the possibility of parking (although a bit limited) Nice balcony with seating Inside the rooms seemed quite soundproof, we could hear people while in the corridor but never inside the room.

There's not really anywhere to set anything. The bathrooms have 1 shelf and for 2 people and all the toiletries, it was a bit unorganized. Same with bedside storage, there's no table just a ledge that can barely fit a phone never mind a drink, glasses, book, etc.

Very nice and friendly staff members and owner of the hotel, overwhelming support, provided with all we needed for a perfect stay! Nice interior design, clean and comfortable rooms. Great food and bar beverages. Location is also good - 3 min walk to the nearest ski hill. Fresh air, nice view - everywhere. If you need laundry - its just in front of the hotel. Grocery store, shops and bars all around. I will definitely come back here with my friends to spend a perfect holidays!

What I like the most about the hotel are the people who work there. Tony, Richard, and, of course, the hostesses Vicki and Peter. Peter is very charismatic, has a bright and extraordinary personality. Vicki is very humble and responsive. Tony and Richard are the soul of the hotel. They always deal with problems with unique English humor, which always evokes only positive emotions. The hotel itself is located in the center of the resort. Lovely modern rooms - designed in English style, comfortable beds. I will always remember my trip fondly.

We are refugees from Ukraine and the great person-owner of the hotel from UK gave us a room to stay for 1 night. Magic nature all around and absolutely fantastic rooms with mix of modern technic and antique items. Before we have lots of trips, not only because of war, but this hotel and owner is really impressive. We can only imagine how cool is it in the ski season.

We can not stay more, than 1 night because of our plans.Hope to come back one day.

The coffee machine in the restaurant was excellent and freely available 24/7. Reception was very good (particularly Elizabeth).

Breakfast was sub-optimal. The view from my (comfortable) room was unpleasant. The wifi was virtually non-existent (I shan't return unless this is fixed).

Could have done with an extra light in the bedroom (21). Very subtle lighting, but meant an extra lamp would have been usefull.
