Recommend staying for couple days to get the luxury experience. Otherwise there are always other affordable stays availa

Amazing varieties available for morning buffet breakfast. Great ambience

The lights were not working in one of the rooms that we stayed. Couldn’t ring the room service either as the phone didn’t work. Tried to ring them from another room but failed.

The parking. When i get there there was a marriage function going on. It was really busy on top that there were no parking and i had to walk with my luggage for a good 12mnts

Overall good experience with family, nice swimming pool, very good dinner & breakfast buffet with variety of options

Very well maintained facility with courteous staff

For checkout the luggage collector didn't turn up after proper intimation

The hotel staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and hospitality throughout my stay. They were always friendly, approachable, and willing to assist with any request or inquiry. Their knowledge and efficiency in handling various tasks contributed to a smooth and enjoyable stay. Taking into consideration the sum of my experiences, I would say my overall impression of the hotel is great. The delicious dinner and enjoyable breakfast contributed positively to my stay, even though the room itself was average. I would consider returning to this hotel in the future due to the satisfying dining experiences and the overall positive experience during my stay.

While my overall experience was positive, there is room for improvement in the hotel's automation systems, lighting, and washrooms. Enhancing automation for check-in/out, improving lighting conditions, and ensuring well-maintained washrooms would enhance the guest experience

Happy to stay longer

Reception staff and restaurant staff, chefs were both helpful and welcoming. Likes - pool, breakfast and dinner exceptional. Nice atmosphere. Bed nice and big, comfortable.

Do Not stay here, noisy and dirty rooms

Nothing

Noisy wedding beyong midnight for 2 nights, Dirty rooms, uncomfortable beds. Staff did not clean our rooms and there was mould in the bathroom.
