I liked the communication with the owner about the way to enter the hotel. A clear explanation was given how to get to the safe, to get the keys with a code. Very easy way.
The breakfast was great.

The place was very calm and relaxing and the room was big. The staff was nice when available.
The pictures are arranged to make the place seem nicer than what it is. The place felt quite old and the toilette separate from the shower was an annoying surprise.

Nice rooms, good size, wifi that actually works, friendly staff and good breakfast (8 euro per person) beds and pillows were comfortable and you can make the room completely dark. next to the hotel is 5 star restaurant for dinner.

A small friendly family hotel / restaurant sited in a quiet modern village with plenty of private parking at the front of the hotel.
Our room was a good size with enough facilities to make our stay comfortable. The bathroom was actually quite large with a quality shower and a pump dispenser shower gel.
The restaurant has a lovely relaxed ambience. And the food served is of excellent quality. The breakfast is a substantial continental with the additional option of scrambled eggs if requested. Overall this hotel is comfortable, clean, friendly and offers very good value for money.
If you are driving to or from the port of Rotterdam it’s about a 4hr drive SE

Please move the door stopper, crazy to be next to bed in middle of the floor.

For the price, I really can't complain. The guesthouse was quiet and clean. We had a good, hearty meal at the restaurant.
The bed was not very comfortable and breakfast was rather skimpy. We stayed one night.

Nice, quiet location 10 km from Trier and 20 km from Luxembourg, helpful staff, very clean room with comfortable bed, good restaurant and breakfast.
Soundproofing between room isn't very good. Restaurant closes at 20h30 - not untypical for Germany, but there is no other option in the vicinity if you arrive later.

beautiful natural environment. the hotel is furnished in a confidential and familiar way. the food is delicious. Also free parking!
