Would stay again - but

The staff and location was just perfect. The resort is secluded so if you need peace and quiet, no loud parties and drunk adults, this is a great place. I was very disappointed with the rooms and facilities being really old. The quality really does not match the price. If the resort was with half board maybe. I would probably come again though because the resort is located on the beach very close to playa Bonita where you can just walk in few minutes. The staff was so much nicer than anywhere we stayed in Dominican Republic. Also, there’s no people on the beach trying to sell you stuff. That was really appreciated. No loud music at night. Food was ok but pricey. I would give 3,5* out of 5 only for location, staff and the fact there is a tennis court and table tennis which was really appreciated!

Great place amazing breakfast not the nest customer service

Rooms where very spacious clean and nice

The pool needs more attention the staff explain need to have a better understanding of the property policy we have a-lot of miss understanding with where you where able to drink or where you can have a cooler the property is not all inclusive and the don’t allow you to have a cooler anywhere in the property it’s okey but this needs to be better explained .

Most of the staff was super friendly, breakfast was very good. Good spot on a beautiful beach

A lot of things were not working in the room and after asking 3 times it was still not fixed. Also water pressure and water being fully shut off quite a few times it’s not the most pleasant situation.

Beautiful beach, wonderful, friendly staff, ample sun beds, spacious rooms.

The rooms lacked some luxury details. The showers had very low water pressure. The jacuzzis didn’t work— when we requested they be filled, they were filled with cold water and never drained or refilled. Some of the furniture in the house was worn and stained.

amazingly beautiful isolated area for a relaxing vacation!

The property was beautiful and so relaxing. the only sounds you’ll hear are the ocean, animals/birds, light saxophone/jazz music, and children in the early morning. very family friendly

the food was typical resort food catering to those wanting a European/American experience in q different country. if you’re looking for Dominican food you won’t find it here.

Great but they need to put internet password in the room!

amazing location, looks beautiful, the suite was spacious. Loved it reception and the security guard really helped us one night when motorbike taxi guys tried to rips us off by charging over 3 times the price of a ride.

It took two/three days to get the password to the internet to our room. For some reason they don’t have it in the rooms and we called and visited reception between 15-20 times to find out what the password is. The same handyman came twice to reset the router when he could clearly see that it was a password issue. it turned out they didn’t want to call their boss or message him to get the password- we basically had to be annoying for one evening and kept on calling until they messaged their boss to get the password. highly frustrating. just put the password in the welcome note and contact your boss as we’re paying guests!! if it hadn’t been for this I would have said 10/10 as we loved it.

Many problems that were not expected for the price...

The location is very nice, as well as the design of the buildings, garden, restaurant.

A big problem with hot water and water pressure in all the rooms in a three bedroom house, A/C very loud, no real solutions from the staff.

Looking forward to going back!

This is my fourth stay at Sublime and I love the tranquility, the beach, and the facility. The rooms are very comfortable, best air conditioner!

I feel like the food quality has been downgrading and the service in the restaurants during breakfast time is not very good. Also, during this stay the room was not as clean. I spotted some dust in lots of places. There is also an employee that works in the front desk during the morning that has a very mean attitude.

Best think is take photo with swimming pool at night and get another hotel

I liked the swimming pool but i think that was all

the woman on reception treated me horribly then they lost receive of payment and i needed to prove them payment they need to get people who knows how to work in hotel. The restaurant was expensive it wasnt so much problem because of location but the service there was more interested in each other and telephones then in customers. In last lots of mosquitos thy need to fumigate them like other hotels because it was hell.

Nothing. Didnt stay althogh we paid for stay.

The way to the hotel is disaster! There is not a road there. It was muddy and we couldnt get there because of the water on the way. The car alemost stuck in it. When we came saw the place, we did u tern and went to punta cana to other resort for that days.

Truly sublime experience

Staff was extremely friendly. One of the beaches in Las Terrenas. Ambience was peaceful.

A great multigenerational family reunion in a fabulous setting.

This is our 4th stay at Sublime. We do love the place by the beach. However quality of g du of went down. Breakfast in particular the bread is inedible. The menu stays the same and there is the need to offer some new choices. And it’s quite expensive. Service unfortunatly went fown

Once the waiters understood our order Breakfast was good Room was large and clean It’s a beautiful resort with a wonderful beach

Staff do not have an acceptable level Of understanding of the English language They say “yes” without having understood your request. Therefore service is not good Room furniture is scratched and dated Bathrooms are too dark Air con not always responsive Chefs who produce unevenly cooked & presented food. Same dish looks and tastes completely different on different days presumably cooked by different chefs. Food was mostly mediocre. Sometimes inedible.
