Great stay for travelers with pets, cool historic hotel.

Loved that it was pet friendly with no additional fees. The location is central and a great stopover on the way to/from the border. The staff was friendly and helpful, good restaurant, a parking lot across the street with security, good size room with the basics.

The wifi didn't work in the room. But, the building is over 150 years old, the walls weren't made for passing wifi signals.

Outdated, hard wood board with thin mattress, ac didn't work well, breakfast included meant toast and coffee... had to pay extra for food.

over all good stay Minus the check in because I was charged again after I had already paid.

very clean, nice and very helpful staff everything in room worked perfectly

Front desk agent charged my card after I had already paid through a third party. After I told her, she did give me my refund but in cash. I feel that she wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing when she charged me because she was conversating with other people while she was helping me.

It's just OK.

Historical building with an interesting interior. Close to the center.

They tried to put me in a small room instead of a 30m suite, saying the hotel was full. They found a suite for me after I demanded price adjustment. I saw a cockroach in the room! The workers are painting the walls in the hotel, it smells of paint. Parking under reconstruction. The included breakfast consists of toast with jam and coffee and fruits, I wouldn't call it breakfast.

they gave the most far room in the hotel annex and I have to use a lot escalators, unsafe with no emergency exit ( got gate chained and padlock ) , old building, I went to used the lobby restroom and stink horrible, no paper for clean your hands and the dryer wasn’t work, etc ( don’t worth )

Antique and interesting, good value for the money spent.

The parking area across from the hotel is run down and shabby, but is guarded by a security person. The hotel was dated but marketed well for its antiques and historic location. The staff were super friendly and accomadating, the room was clean and the linen fresh. The television worked well and so did the refrigerator, the internet was difficult to access/figure out. Overall we gave it a 3 star rating as it isn't in the best of condition and was difficult to access for parking and concierge services.

The parking across the street was in severe disrepair and could have been spruced up a bit. The pricing was comparable to the stay offered, very difficult to cross the street if carrying luggage or are medically challenged. Recommend using a taxi or Uber in lieu of driving to this hotel.

it was okay would i stay again maybe i would have to check my room first.

i liked the breakfast and thats about it.

My suite was horrible smelled really bad it was never renewed like the other suite i reserved. overall couldn’t get another room cause there was no house keeping.

I liked the price and the location

Our room looked like it needed several repairs. The walls were peeling, the windows screens were torn and the window panes didnt lock, everything was unplugged and the mini fridge didnt reach the out let, we had to move it. Pretty low standards for a suite.

Great place to stay for a short visit and closes to everything.

Prefect location for where I needed to be. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Enjoy the security it provides too. Great service.

Take quite a while to get hot water. Could do better with the floor cleanliness. Dated look and furnishings. But overall comfortable for a short stayover.

Good budget stay. Not the best service.

Good price, good location, suite has great space.

Not great service from staff. They don't explain anything at all; like the fact that your keycard expires each day and you have to activate it again each day... This meant having to walk all the way back to the reception desk to ask what's going on and not even get a sympathetic smile back. No water from tap on day 2, which means no shower, no flushing toilet, no water at all.
