Check in was great, extremely friendly couple welcomed us in and tokd us what we needed to know. The guest house was very clean, spacious and with good facilities. I had a mishap which required extra cleaning on their part and they were very accommodating and didn't charge me for it.

Room was really clean and spacious, had everything we needed and for a good price. 3 minute walk to Bridlington Spa which was great as we had a concert to go to during our stay. Right on the beach front and not far from the centre of Bridlington. Would recommend😊

Friendly welcome, knowledgeable owners of local attractions/restaurants to visit. Happy to help. Even carried main luggage up the stairs for us. Very clean rooms and fresh looking. Lovely little touches, like water bottles in room and around each floor level. A table to sit outside and have a drink and enjoy the sunshine out front. A separate room on first floor to sit and relax with a small fridge to cool down drinks. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies and sugar/milk without having to keep asking unlike some places you can go. Also multiple sanitiser bottles available which was good to see as many you see nowadays elsewhere are always empty. Can even on request eat own takeaway. downstairs as eating strong odoured food in rooms isn't great idea as lingers for next guests, so this way its fair and more suitable, we didn't need to do this as Bridlington has great places to eat. From fresh lobster and King prawns/crab to decent Italian restaurants. Plenty of local fish and chip shops too. Great place, recommended, would go again for definite. Even managed to save us a parking space on busy street which was appreciated.

Toilet struggled to flush even basic toilet tissue and even on full press had to be pressed multiple times which can be annoying at night. (Although not a negative - a small mini fridge in room especially in mid summer would be a nice touch.) Extremely noisy seagulls in area that don't really give it a rest at any time, can't control nature but worth bringing ear plugs if windows open in summer and want a restful night sleep.

we stayed in room 5….we was welcomed with a friendly smile. very polite and couldn’t do enough for us. room was very clean and everything we needed, amazing sea view. very spacious with a separate dressing room and a clean en suit. breakfast was proper home from home food used good quality ingredients and service was 5 star!! this was our second stay here… will definitely be returning again! never fails to disappoint. nothing ever too much trouble.
