Beautiful resort in Playa Blanca

Beautiful location in front of the beach, great breakfast, delicious food in the Arena restaurant and attached grill house.

Service is slow in the beach area and drinks taste very artificial. On the expensive side considering value fue money.

Everything was perfect! Rooms and food but the staff was exceptional! Everyone was extremely nice and polite! My new favorite place!

Großartiges Hotel in einzigartiger und ruhiger Lage!

Lage einzigartig! Zimmer mit frontalem Mehrblick im 4 OG großartig! Betten super komfortabel! Einheimische als sehr freundliche und äußerst engagierte Mitarbeiter.

Zu laute Musik im Poolbereich, worauf auf Reklamation jedoch sofort positiv reagiert wurde!

Beatiful Place but not worthy.

The beach is beautiful and the bar service amazing although is very quite.

They don’t have a a good restaurant in the facilities, the spa was closed, the gym is too small without enough equipment, the breakfast is terrible do not worth it to pay for it. They dont have a convenience store or pharmacy in the hotel. The place is extremely quite, they don’t have ambience, no music in the pool are or any other areas, not sport activities, not pool activities ver boring. This is a very boring hotel for retired people. You have to take a Uber out of the facilities if you want to eat well or have some fun. The shuttle service is terrible and if you want the hotel taxi service is extremely expensive while an Uber charge you btw 10- 20 buck the hotel charge you 50 buck for their taxi service.

Perfect in so many aspects. We just couldn’t have asked for more.

All of the staff were so service-oriented and welcoming! The environment just made us feel so good throughout the whole visit. The breakfast kicked off our days in the best possible way. Access to a nice gym and some really good golfcourses was adding a lot to the overall experience. We’re already longing to revisit Westin Punta Cana.

Superb

I like how quiet is the hotel.

I didn’t enjoy the beach as other times in the past. the water had zargaso. and the sea courrent was stronger than ever. it Made it unpleasant to swim or stay inside the beach. and the sea water left a strange smell on my hair.

relaxing and calm for a short stay

very new and spacious, direct at beach

it is in a very large hotel resort area and around 3,5km to reach the main street. have to take taxi to get out of the hotel and taxi costs are high. there are strong current and lots of seegrass in the beach water which make the swim difficult.

Very good

Avocado toast was good. I’ve had better but I’ve had worse.

It took us 40 min to get our breakfast. The waiter actually brought us our check before we got our food not realizing we’d never gotten our food.

Great place to disconnect

it has a great beach, with white/pink sand and crystal clear water.

With few exceptions, Staff is not friendly. When we arrived and were checking in, they didn’t find our reservation. They also gave us a different (worse) room than we had booked—no ocean view as it was showed in booking.

Completely disappointing, breathtaking location, but not the best sanitary conditions.

location, its perfectly located. By far best location in Puntacana, perfect beach and beautiful scenery.

The scenery was obstructed by the construction of a covered arena for a private event. The noise pollution from the workers and the noise from the building completely ruin the beach ambience. Additionally, I did not like the new breakfast setting that was moved to do the upcoming event. There were zero sanitary conditions, the cheese and the ham were covered with flies, the food was cold and old.

Gated resort, perfect for a beach getaway

Location, right on the beach, 6 min to airport. Nice pool area and garden. Good food at the restaurant. Very easy to get Covid test on site. Secure, gated resort area. Close to Punta Cana Village with shops & restaurants. Clean room, good housekeeping. Most staff were pleasant & accommodating. Staff wore face masks at all times. Free entry to Indigenous Eyes Nature reserve.

The rooms are not very cozy and a bit sterile. Could use some pictures or artwork or maybe nicer furniture pieces. The lobby staff did not give much information about hotel/available amenities & available Covid testing on site.

there is control everywhere by not polite people . there is no activity. food is less than average and most of the staff don't care about clients

Not worth the price. Maybe 3 star hotel not 5.

Cleaning rooms was good. Front desk was good too. Breakfast.

Nothing much to do. The price/quality all around is not worth at all. Everything is to expensive. Be able to request food takes times and a lot more for the food to come. Showers only had hot water. 60% of the personall is talking like doing a favor.
