It is really hard to judge this hotel as I am aware that people pay different amount of money for same length of stay. We have paid £450 for 4 people All inclusive 6 nights which is next to nothing. I am going to point good things first: - the location - very close to the beach and few minutes walking to the centre, - cook has got the taste and sometimes very nice dishes were served however You could taste the quality of the products were rubbish, - Ukrainian young man and the lady at swimming pool - the only nice staff at the hotel.

- Staff - very rude (apart from two members already mentioned). They never smiled and You felt guilty to ask them for something but I think they have an excuse. Management Team employ more workers!!! They have got no help, work extreme hours for very little money. Two young girls in Lobby bar shouldn't even be there as spend most of the time smoking outside, - Dining room - dirty most of the time. It was hard to find the table to eat and there was no cutlery. Very little investment is needed to improve this, - our room never been cleaned for 6 days... - hotel is in need of TLC - very old fashioned and maintenance is definitely needed, - choice of food small but for the price we have paid seems to be reasonable, - swimming pool dirty - I don't think they clean it at all.

The staff is very friendly and helpfully but not good English speakers. The rooms and the cleaning service is acceptable. The food is fine but there is a lot of the same dishes.

Generally should there be more focus on hygiene. A lot of the bathrooms didn’t have soap and the bartender in the pool area was pouring drinks in a unhygienic way. Remember to take water from the restaurant because you can’t get water in the pool-bar or lobby bar. The manager is brutal and shows no kindness for the guests. We asked for new towels because we had rotavirus and therefore was thinking a lot about hygiene. She was rude and disrespectful. She wouldn’t give us new towels out of pure principle and her hunger for power.

Large room, sea view on one side, hot water, central A/C , fresh fruits every day, good wine, great choices for icecream, food diversity, all kinds of sweets( cookies, baclava) served at lunch and dinner, clean pool, short walk to the beach! Overall good service and accommodation for the price we paid.

All Inclusive should include also the umbrella and lounge chairs, should include international choice for drinks, not only local beer and wine, lunch and dinner times should be longer than 1 hour and a half . The chef's should introduce BBQ in the menu at least once or twice a week. Ve ry small TV set for the room, with just one or two channels in English. Staff also should know better English language, as we can't understand each other.
