I loved the location , cleanliness especially the staff who were superbly good . But there is only one big downside …… the walls are paper thin and if someone snores all night behind your bed post ….. you’re dead the following day.

The location was absolutely perfect - couldn't have asked for better. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. You had to be buzzed into the building which made it feel more secure. I was expecting it to be quite noisy at night from the street below but once the balcony doors were closed and the shutter was down, you couldn't hear a single thing. Room and bathroom was clean.

The only slight issue was that the bed wasnt the most comfortable but it wasn't too bad for only a couple of nights

The staff where very friendly and helpful, and there was someone at the reception 24/7, which meant that we didn't need to worry about any curfews. The rooms were cozy and kept warm, despite the cold weather outside. The location is the real highlight, as it's right in the center of Madrid. A killer deal for such a central location.

One of our group had a really good pillow, but the rest of us had pillows that were too soft, which felt like not having a pillow at all. We asked for extra pillows so we could stack them on top of each other, and they were happy to oblige. It helped a bit, but they still wasn't as comfortable as the pillow that our friend had.

Great location and comfortable room. Walking distance from most of Madrid’s attractions and just by the metro station. Would stay here again.
