Good for satying, had a pleasant stay

Very good

A nice property that provides a glimpse of Royal luxury. The staff is cordial and willing to go extra mile for guests' comfort.

Cleanliness is an issue, but staff was very prompt in cleaning.

I made the best of my stay.

The Saff tried to do thier best to make me feel at home. But the 'Palace' needs major maintenance. overhaul and upkeep. Mr. Shekhavat, the Manaher of the property is a kind and very helpful person. He even gave me a ride to airport when the taxi failed to arrive in time. Thank you Shri Shekhavat ji

As I said the Palace seems to be falling apart. Plumbing and electric fixtures needs to be replaced. They are corroding and in dire need of some serious upgrade.

A very unsatisfactory stay for the money paid.

Well only the location of the property is good

It wasn’t like a hotel. Felt like a home stay, over priced for the facilities offered. Staff is too intrusive doesn’t allow visitors or guests in rooms in day time. Feels like some moral policing by the staff and owner. Upkeep of the property is really bad.

I like the property but it is little bit congested in dining area.

Dinning is too much expensive unnecessarily. 1200 for 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and 2 scoops of butterscotch ice cream.

Comfortable but can be better

The rooms were very spacious. The hot water was available at all times. The food though basic was tasty. The property is away from the hustle bustle of the city which suited us as we were passing through.

The exterior of the hotel and the lawns can be made to look better. Not as great as it looks in pictures

A heritage palatial hotel with few rooms. Beautifully decorated with paintings of British era

There are huge lawns. But not as well maintainted.

Highly recommended!

A beautiful property with spacious rooms, courteous staff and excellent food. Loved the hospitality. The property is surrounded by small gardens where one can walk and occasionally spot a peacock or two. The room had a heater, so very comfortable during the winter. Bathrooms had clean bath tubs and toiletries. Highly recommended

Superb

Beautiful heritage property. The room was well appointed with separate dressing room and bathroom with bathtub. They also provided a room heater, electric kettle, fridge and a thermoflask. the bed was quite comfortable and very big. The adjacent huge garden was beautiful with peacock roaming around (if you are lucky like us!) The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Food was very tasty though limited . Breakfast was not included in the roomrate.

Though breakfast was complementary, but only a limited options were available. There were no fruits, no sprouts, no salads etc. I had a very bad experience. I will not recommend this hotel.

Property was not clean, bed was very common. Furnitures were not upto the mark.

Spacious rooms with a view. Food is good. Everything upto expectations.

The floors of the room, the covers on the furniture were not clean.

Will not recommend this place

There were rats in the room and the staff did not do anything about it. They took it casually :| Not worth the money.

Good

The food was good, the rooms were clean and spacious.

The Hotel Manager made us wait for almost 2 hours for alloting us a room. We already landed up into the hotel at 6:00 PM and have to wait for 2 hours.
