Exelent!

The location is perfect, very easy to go everywhere. The host ensured us a transfer from the airport, and then to the airport for a reasonable price. The communication was good, only some delay in the first meeting, but then everything went very well. It was warm and pleasant home, with everything we needed. It was a really very good experience!

Only the small delay in the beginning, but it wasn't anything to take too seriously.

The location is great - right next to Republic Sq in the centre of Yerevan.

It was frustrating to have to pay in cash and not online or by card. The building shakes every time the metro train passes underneath. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else. This company is the worst.

the location is perfect.

I booked a complete different apartment than what they put me in. The hosts ask that you call 30 minutes before your arrival so they can come to the location. I did so, but I still waited 25 minutes outside in the cold/snowing weather for someone to show up. They then said they gave the apartment I booked to someone else and that I should be paying more for the apartment they put me in. I insisted that this is not what I booked and if anything, I should get a discount and that I would not pay more. They also require cash only and don’t have change. The hot water was not working and when I messaged (via booking.com and WhatsApp), no one responded for over an hour. I ended up having to figure out how to fix it my sleep because the hosts were useless. Also, the apartment they placed me in was right next to the elevator that 24/7 made a horrible noise. If anyone in the building used the elevator, you could hear it very loudly in the apartment. You can also hear the noise/television from the apartment next door. I will never book through there people again

Unforunately, I did not have opportunity to stay at this property, due to the fact that this apartment was full in that moment and the owner provide me another good apartment which was smaller but located in better place. It was clean, good location, good view from balcony and silent. Very friendly, kind and supportive staffs

The location is great and the owner is so kind and brings us all the things that we asked very soon. The owner arranged Airport shuttle and the person who came to pick up us is also very kind and so on time.

There is a night club exactly under the apartment which opens 12:00 AM until early of morning, so there is a lot of noise at nights and we can't sleep well. Also, the apartment started to shake every 10 minutes because of the Metro station which is near to the apartment.

it’s close to city center and walkable distance to most of the restaurants and shopping center.

1. Findings the location itself is big hassle and unless u have right details of the apartment and exact location. 2. lift in the apartment do not work properly. u need to take 2nd or 3rd floor and walk to the ground floor. 3. The room temperature was too hot, we had to open windows to normalise the room temperature

- the warm owner, kindly and friendly - good English communication - Modernized style - good location and quiet place - easy to buy some food - good service - good quality and convenient kitchen - good and clean bathroom - good washing machine - warm bedroom - big sitting room - good view, can see the Mother of Armenia from the balcony - good entertainment TV - good wifi

The place was great and clean. The price was reasonable. The place was exactly the same as what we see on the apartment pictures. I will definitely come back again to this apartment.
