The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There needs to be more cable channels and better TV service and choices.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. Having a mini fridge and microwave in the room came in handy. The front desk staff was amazing. I love how it was on the beach.
One of the female restaurant staff was extremely rude, but overall, the rest of the restaurant staff was nice. The food wasn't the best, and the service was somewhat slow. I also did not like how they did not have plug-ins by the bed. However, these minor nuisances will not deter me from coming here again I definitely will be returning.

Location was the best!! Friendly staff
Shower could be a little more updated...a bit small and I don't like the shower curtain touching me while I'm bathing

The staff was amazing from beginning to end. I loved having access to an easily walkable neighborhood. The hotel room was clean and provided the basic amenities.
The furnishings in the hotel room are a bit dated (living room set, lamps) but adequate. It is very loud at nights (music from multiple establishments) however, that is the sacrifice you must make to be able to stay in an area that is walkable and well populated during the day, so I can accept that. If you are sensitive to noise, I would not recommend.

Room was land side not sea side , and was extremely noisy. Upkeep very poor, and slugs on the ceiling at night .

I loved the location and it's proximity to all in the gap.staff was the best. Knew my name and room number by the 2nd day. Friendly and very accommodating. Very convenient to beach access.
The ac was hard to regulate in the room. It was either very cold or warm as it was hard to redirect the vents when fully operational. I should have asked for an additional blanket to make it more comfortable.

The hotel looks straight on to the sandy beach. You can hear and see the sea from your room. The service from the welcome at reception, luggage carried to room, meal service until our farewell was excellent, everyone courteous, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. This is our third visit and we would return here again.
The breakfast service was slow sometimes. A buffet that cost more would be better value overall with time saved and wider choice. More choice of fish dishes that weren't fried would be good. Lastly, why charge 10 BBD for a parasol? The sun loungers are free but the time waiting along with cost was frustrating for us and other residents staying there.

Location of the hotel is right at the Dover's Beach and perfectly for any travelers who prefers beach access right away. Free parking is available around the hotel but space maybe limited. Bed and bathroom both are very clean and neatness. The room is equipped with electric mosquito repellent heater vaporizer machine and vape mat since mosquitos are often seen in whole island in Barbados. Since staying in the oceanfront view room, the view is exceptionally great! The courtesy of all the hotel and hotel's bar and restaurant staffs are very helpful and sincere. Also this hotel is offering welcome drinks for travelers who are checking in early. Given our stay is for special occasion, the hotel staffs have gave us a big surprise inside the room. Overall, this hotel is deserved with high score, highly rated and very competitive to those major hotel chains in Barbados in terms of the standard.
The room itself does not have much standard amenities including luggage rack or suitcase stand, bathrobes, and slippers. Also the lighting of the room is bit dim and air-conditioner is not powerful enough to cool the room. Also the shampoo and bath soap dispenser is located in very awkward position in bathroom. Noise level from outside may be loud at night but acceptable.

Beach area is peaceful and clean. Location is great with lots of restaurants, bars, and stores in easy walking distance on quiet streets. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. Quality mattress, pillows, and linen, The best air conditioner ever with a remote control for exact settings and a sleep mode that was QUIET! Looked like the bathroom had a recent reno/upgrade and had plenty of quality towels and products. Our breakfast was perfect and the menu had a nice variety (Also, we like having our own coffee container at our table). Staff throughout the hotel were exceptional and took care of our every need and answered any questions. Very friendly place to stay.
This is a great area for enjoying the beach and having some fun. Our only problem (we're seniors) was the music at outside venues went on a bit late at night (no fault of the hotel).

it’s the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in , in Barbados, for 20 years. staff can’t do enough for you. such a lovely hotel, comfortable, in a brilliant location.
a couple of times there was no
good available to order, chef problems maybe? and some rooms are near the rum shacks next door so it can be noisy on some nights.

The room is lovely
The front desk staff. I paid for breakfast and when I went my name wasn’t on the “list”. It was embarrassing. Then when I got the actual breakfast is like they made it when they were upset.

Right on the beach. Staff was very pleasant and happy. Room was very spacious and great accommodations especially anticipating quarantining for family for several days. Protocols are in place and clear and made the process easy and straightforward
Could have coordinated better since we were to be quarantine to our room that we arrived and checked in by 545pm, but the onsite restaurant close at 6pm. That is something would be better to extend, especially when you know visitors are coming and especially due to quarantine that we had to be confined to our rooms. With restrictions, especially, there was even limited food service on flights, and the most important thing for quarantine is easy access to FOOD.
