One nights stay was more then enough.

The room was central to where we needed to be so everything was within walking distance. The staff were polite and helpful.

My friend and I stayed in a twin room. When you used the sink the shower plug hole gurgled for 15 minutes afterwards. My friend who was in the bed furthest from the window suffered multiple bites. All over his arms, shoulders, back and face. He did not have them before going to bed but was covered in the morning and they are not small bites either at least the size of a 20 pence piece. I would recommend getting the room fumigated.

This is such a SHAME!!! we have been coming to Blackpool for several years will continue to do so,

I loved the fact that the hotel was so close to the venue. That was simply amazing. I had forgotten my name badge and it took me just three minutes to get there and back. Excellent location. The Room was adequate, clean enough and the fact that I did not need to share a bathroom with anyone was just perfect. I would have love to stay there again, and to tell all my colleagues. If the reception I received were welcoming. Unfortunately, it was quite un-pleasant to say the lease.

A warm welcome would have done it for me. I have been with my company for (25) long years, travelled all over the country to many conferences, I have NEVER felt so un-welcome anywhere like I did at the (Vista Sol). I had been travelling from another conference in London, very tiring and exhausted from train delays etc. I arrived, a lady came to the door, I said hello am Eulyn, then held out my hand to her! she gave me the dirtiest look, turn her back on me and walk away. She then said let me book you in... Still suffering from the SHOCK!!! I followed behind thinking, if I had an alternative at this time of night I most definitely would NOT have stayed. I was asked to fill a form with my personal details. I did, and she demand payment. I ask if I could see the room first, and she gave me the keys so I did. The room was fine from what I could see. I went back down ad made the payment and asked her, her name. Then return upstairs with all my stuff, at no time she asked me if I need any help. After reading the notice rules I then went and asked her if there was an eating area in the hotel! to preventing me from eating in the room? she replied, at restaurant out side. I replied, but it is too late now. she then said, oh you can eat snacks and drink but not cook food like curry on the bed. I accepted that. I later asked her if I could barrow an iron to prepare myself for an early stat, she to me to come an fetch it. So I did, after using it I returned it downstairs. By this time her door was shut and lights off! I then place it outside the door. Because of how she made me feel, I could not bring myself to face her! so I got dress and ready for the day, I went in and out without any more contact, until the Wednesday morning when I left, I handed her keys and asked if she would like to check the room before I leave? she took them off me showed me a key fob of mine on the keyring, I took it off and said cheers to her. I do think she replied, or if she did! I did not hear.

It’s wos clean , the bed wos comfy it’s wos good price £30 a night , and it wos in a good location in centre Blackpool friendly staff worked there .

Für Kurzurlaube ohne große Ansprüche günstige Hotelpension.

Sehr freundlicher Besitzer, der versucht hat, alle "Missstände" zu bereinigen. Bekamen dafür 2x kostenfreies Frühstück als "Entschädigung". VIELEN DANK. Auch die Hilfe beim Koffer hinauf-/hinuntertragen war sehr freundlich. .

Das Frühstück sollte lt. Booking.com, Optinal buchbar sein - lt. Besitzer aber nur vorher buchbar - so hatten wir keines, da keine Vorabbuchung möglich war. Dafür gabs auch die kostenfreien Entschädigungsfrühstücke!! Die Zimmer wie üblich klein und mit sparsamer Ausstattung (Kästen, Ablagen etc.) und nicht besonders sauber, auch keine regelm. Reinigung. Leider hörte man die Ankunft/Bewegungen im Hotel, oder auch Unterhaltungen vorm Hotel (auch Nachbarhotel) anderen Gäste, was manchmal sehr laut und schlafstörend war.

If you want a family weekend, book premier inn

Absolutely nothing

Everything, we stayed in the triple room shown in the picture, the red carpet was absolutely filthy but the “manager” claimed to of cleaned it, wallpaper is peeling off the wall, clean towel over the shower drain, holes in the walls, batteries in the remote taped in, dirty stick on finger nail that my 2 year old son found and put it straight in his mouth, “clean” towels on the bed full of makeup, the list goes on to top it off the staff are so rude! We didn’t even end up staying for the weekend we booked another hotel but the hotel only refunded us 1 night instead of 2! If your going as a family I would 100% avoid! If your going for a night out and don’t care where you sleep knock yourself out! We checked in and out on the same night, our friends checked out because of issues with their room, and 3 other people checked out at the same time because of issues they had, the owner is fully aware of the state of his hotel and basically said he does not care! I have a lot more photos but It will only allow me to put a few on!

Avoid if you have other options.

Location was good.

Hotel was in disrepair, smell of mold. Was hit by a picture which fell off the wall onto my head. Was hung to hide a large hole in the wall. Shower had very low water pressure and took ages to become warm water. Floor had hair and sand etc on it. Toilet would not flush. Informed staff and was assured it would be fixed but it never was.

Family of 4. had a small double bed two bunk beds. The toilet and shower are in what can only be described as a cupboard. There is zero privacy everyone in the room can hear u do the toilet. The shower was just big enough to fit an adult in it but no room to get dressed. The room was outdated and small.

I wasn’t happy.

I booked a double room and a single room the single room for my friend costing £190 and they gave us a triple room which wasn’t ideal and was the price of £149. There were no complimentary toiletries which personally I thought there would be.

The single room had no TV signal and no batteries in the remote. The towel had dirty marks on. You have to really pull the door to make sure it shuts. Had no complimentary toiletries. The shower floor had yellow stains on it

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in !, and it wasn’t cheap either.

No breakfast whatsoever ! ( very disappointing, especially as I had requested FULL ENGLISH, and you confirmed my request), the proprietor said he had no idea that Booking.com had said this !.

See above. I had to clean both bathrooms ( taps/sinks/showers were not cleaned properly, plughole stank like sewage !. Taps, toilet seats, and showers were all very loose. Tobacco in one of the drawers even though lots of No-Smoking signs, and a smell of cannabis drifting up through the hotel to our room!

My stay in Fairview Hotel was demeaning.

Fairview Hotel doesn't deserve the name Hotel. I wasn't properly welcome at the reception. Nowhere to park. No response from hotel landline when I called. Room is dirty. Bathroom very small and dirty. A bad smell in the house. Bad customer service from hotel management. My children and I regreted booking a place like that but it was late because I had already paid. Infact we were disappointed and felt disgusted at the sight of the place. The hotel manager said my room could only be cleaned after we had been there for four days. This is horrible.

Everything is appalling in the hotel. Poor customer service. Stinking room. No parking. Land-line rings but no response. Upon arrival I realised the hotel manager has three different numbers for customers to call him on instead of the Land-line. My children and I couldn't wait to get out of the hotel and go to our own house. Disgusting place, used as a hotel.

Ilian and his wife made my second stay just as good as the first one, exceptional place!

The single room is very functional, with a comfortable bed en-suite shower and toilet. Not all hotels offer this in Blackpool! There is a large living room too where you can work quietly. Staff is very focused on customer service too. It's my go to place now in B'pool!

It was a noisy Friday night but you cannot expect pedestrians to remain respectful in the middle of the night. This is Blackpool after all...

The management here is legendary. Really friendly service. I was even given a late checkout at no extra charge.

The only unfortunate thing was not having the breakfast option, but then again that's become the norm in the whole of Blackpool.
