The bathroom had no door The room was to small We set for 1hr 30 minutes without electricity and it was not load shedding The shower tap was very bad as we struggled to take a proper shower with proper running water.

no wifi, having to phone at the gate each time you get back late. then making a copy of my bank card even though we paid via booking.com. no charging plugs in the rooms

The room was horrible, the size of the room was not an issue it was what I paid for, but cleanliness was the issue. In the bathroom the toilet seat was leaking and I reported at reception immediately but was never attended. We reported on our arrival that the following day we will leave @4am as we wanted to travel early but to our surprise there was no one at reception and all entrances were closed. The cell no to call if you want to go was on voicemail. We waited at reception for 2 hours, the doors were opened at 6am ,I was really frustrated because we informed them prior that we will leave very early.

The guy who was there on our arrival, yoo he was so welcoming and friendly. His service was excellent.

On their description on booking.com it was said the breakfast is included but only to find that it's not like that and we had a huge agreement with the lady who was working in the morning who even didn't allow us to talk to the manager or the owner ... The bathroom and the shower is too small
