it was so clean and tidy it felt like it was brand new.
Fully equipped and very comfortable beds and facilities.
We used the pool, loungers, and loved paddle boarding
round the small island just off shore. Wonderful.
The only minor downside is that we had a wonderful
view from the top floor so that means chairs.

Great stay - apartment has nice patio with a sea view and amazing pool, also with beautiful sea view.
Comfortable, clean and spacious. The island is small but charming, if you are looking for relaxing holidays you will be plesaed. If you like attractions, you will probably get bored after some time here. We were thrilled ;)
Bathroom had a really bad smell that was present in the whole apartment.
There was only one toilet paper, salt, dish washing equipment etc.
It is a small thing but annoying if you have to buy it all in big quantities for a short stay.
The beach is really small so we used mainly the pool area (which was great).

It felt like coming home. Relaxed atmosphere, comfortable apartment, friendly owners and a view you can't get enough of. Ideal to unwind. We will come back for sure!

Everything was fantastic. The apartment we booked was small but enough for us as it had everything we needed. The swimming pool was amazing, the beach is just a few steps away and the owners are really pnice and are happy to help you with anything. Villa Iž is a Perfect place to relax!

Wonderful location away from the busy port but close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants. It has an amazing view of the sea and all the boats sailing past. We saw dolphins on our last day which was a bonus. Very friendly owners and staff who made us feel very welcome and provided all the information we needed. Just down a path from the property is a platform to the sea which had a lovely cool breeze and a ladder into the sea. The apartment was spacious and clean and the pool area was great for reading with the occasional dip to cool off.
We found the bed was too hard, but managed to find a duvet to place under the sheet to soften it a bit. This is personal choice I know.

* Good quality of the apartment with nice sea ocean view.
* The swimming pool was an extra bonus for a quick swim.
* Good and quiet location.
* Very impersonal ... similar to a mega ... even if only 6 apartments in the building.
* Communication with the owner at other location via WhatsApp created misunderstanding due to lack of response.
