The staff was great and the balconies were awesome.

The location can be alittle far from malls or restaurants but I just walked everywhere. It's safe.

1) Very clean. 2) Centrally located. 3) Fridge in room. 4) Air conditioning works great. 5) Breakfast offered daily.

1) Staff a little full of themselves. 2) they charge 33.000 COP for a room visitor. 3) TV was impossible to get to work with two controls. I was wondering why the guy who walked me up to the room turned it on and left it on when I checked in. Shoulda left it on. 4) breakfast food was terrible and that is being nice. And I’ve lived in Colombia for awhile.

The hotel was good, nice location, clean and comfortable beds. Private parking which is good since other hotels only offered a spot in the street.

Too noisy outside and curtains did not cover so it was clear in the room early in the morning. Breakfast was not that good, only few options and quite expensive by the area. You can hear what people is taking in the halls.
