Maud’s cottage is the most perfect romantic accommodation for couples 10/10

Beautifully decorated cosy cottage. Location was fantastic short walk to shops restaurants and waterfront. Loved the bathroom and bathing under the stars in the copper bath was bliss.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was excellent . Handy to nearby Sandy Bay shops and a pub 100 metres up the road. The bedroom, the bathroom were excellent. The living area was very good with nice views.

About the only criticism, was the fridge, which had a freezer compartment seriously frozen up.

Very good

Place was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We particularly liked the thoughtful technology such as the heated floors and towel rack as it was quite cold during the time of year that we visited.

No stovetop for cooking in the kitchen. However apart from this kitchen amenities were good.

AMAZING! We Definity will be back.

We absolutely LOVED Old Bishop's quarters. The room was warm, homely and had so many added features. We are architects ourselves and appreciated all the time and effort spend on the design, use of sustainable materials and the functionality of amenities. We enjoyed EVERY minute of our stay and have recommended the location to others

The only downside was the lack of cooking facilities, we found it hard not being to be able to prepare the smallest of meals.

Beautifully appointed colonial history with a modern twist cottage at Sandy Bay.Absolutely loved it!

My husband and I we so pleasantly surprised by this property. It exceeded our expectations. The location is wonderful in that you can walk easily 15 mins to the town center or catch an Uber for approx $10. Colonial history meets with a tasteful modern twist. Heated floors in bathroom, faux fireplace but very realistic, central heating so nice and toasty for those very cold Tasmania days and nights. Wonderfully accommodating staff on hand for anything. Certainly one of our most favourite properties. Lots of natural light and wonderfully spacious for a couple. Can't recommend it highly enough. BEATS A HOTEL ANY DAY. Also cafes only a 5 min walk.

Overall warm convenient and comfortable

The tutors apartment was magical , if your a smoker it can be a pain , had to drive away from the apartments (horrible weather to stand out on footpath) they do have out side areas on the tutors but door was locked no access . Didn’t sit outside the front door due to camera right there didn’t feel private . Overall clean A1 facilities were great (also bring coffee along as no coffee was provided only teabags . Overall it was 8/10

It was a lovely mixture of classic charms with sleek mordern. The large, deep bathtub was very relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. Easy to use fireplace. Location was excellent in beautiful surrounds and close to some main areas of Hobart.

If I had to choose something, maybe adding some more homely touches to the modern areas. It is a contrast from the School House. However I do adore how the accommodation was as is!

It was Architecturally designed, well planned Compact, comfortable main bedroom. Comfortable Attractive lounge room furniture.

The fact there were no cooking facilities to begin with. Rather get rid of end cabinet install an oven stand up co cooker oven and cooktop.

It was wonderful. Would definitely recommend

Location was perfect. The property itself was fabulous, had a lot of character and was super clean. When we reported an issue via email it was attended to very swiftly and it was on a weekend.

Wifi was terribly slow and we had issues with the TV. If someone wasn’t tech savvy they would have struggled to have worked the TV etc as the instructions didn’t match the setup.

Property is stunning location and surrounds and the stay itself is wonderfully designed to ensure a luxurious and comfortable time. Everything was easy to access, beautifully presented and all our needs were well looked after whilst here. This spot is a short walking distance to the city, and leafy surrounds made this an enjoyable part of everyday.

This is a very well thought out properrty for guests.

This is a great place to stay and close to everything and is really quiet. The host's and staff Rebecca and Annemiek are super nice people and very accommodating as we arrived very late that night. This is a must stay when in town each of the villa's are unique and really tastefully decorated in keeping with the original contemporary building with a splash of modern art that is in keeping with places to visit like Mona.

Couldn't stay longer. We had to go home.

Lovely Stay in Hobart

The house was clean and beautiful. The location was great, so close to the shops .The beds were very comfortable. The washing machine and dryer came in handy as we stayed for 6 nights.

this had charm, history, great location, beautifully appointed apartments and a very hospitable host. Although we had a hire car, most places we wanted to be, were only an under $10 Uber ride away.

Very good

It was very cosy with lots of charm so clean and comfortable and so central to everything. Rebecca was very kind and nothing was to much trouble! I would definitely stay there again😊

Superb

Fantastic location and a beautiful little place to stay for a getaway. Even though we didn't have a kitchen it was very easy as the kitchenette was well equipt with everything we needed. We also loved that this location had a washing machine and dryer. Hosts where very helpful and we would defiantly recommend and stay again =)
