Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Kontakt war sehr einfach über WhatsApp möglich, Anliegen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet und wir konnten spontan eine Nacht verlängern, das war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend 👍🏼 am meisten mochte ich unsere Reinigungskraft. Sie ist einer der nettesten und herzlichsten Menschen, die ich kennenlernen durfte. Wir haben uns sehr sicher und willkommen gefühlt.

Am Waschbecken lief das Wasser sehr langsam ab, aber das wurde bestimmt in der Zwischenzeit behoben.

Nahe des Strands, etwas abseits des grössten Rummels

Freundliches Personal bzw. Besitzerin (Alessia), netter kleiner Pool um abzukühlen, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang, schöne Anlage, Vogelgezwitscher

Preis auf der teuren Seite (wie jedoch überall an der Küste der Nicoya Halbinsel), kein Frühstück

Great location, as long as you didn't mind walking! Supermarket, cafes and beach all very close!

Bed was a bit hard! Walking along road at night was a bit dangerous...bring a flashlight!

Superb

Great for many reasons. Comfortable, clean, secure, beautiful landscaped gardens, lovely pool to fall in after the hot dusty street, location is close to great surf breaks. For us the location away from the busy bustling end of the street was perfect as we don't need the party scene.

exquisite gardens make you feel like you’re deep in a jungle location

The garden is overwhelming beautiful. The pool is very clean and the outdoor shower is great for beach salt and sand. Steps to beach access, steps to a versatile market, and steps to good food at Soda Tiquicia

a cushion or two would make the bench seats inside and the great wooden lounge chairs outside much more comfortable. There is dust from the road because my apartment faced the road but all the convenient roadside locations everywhere would also be dusty.

New year stay in Santa Teresa

We stayed 9 nights at New Year, in the one bedroom apartment. The apartment is at the front of the property, so nearer the road but a very private space. Well equipped kitchen, including corkscrew; we made breakfast here every morning. The apartment is cleaned daily by a friendly cleaner who put up with us practicing our Spanish on her! Alessia was a great help. The location is good, very near the beach and local shops and restaurants while being a little away from the busiest parts of the resort.

We enjoyed our flat,which was at the same time located in the middle of nature and with all amenities very close by. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and we enjoyed every aspect of our stay in Raratonga.

RARATONGA, Loved this hotel! Perfect host, always available to give you tips and help with anything you need. My stay at hotel RARATONGA could not have been better. My room was super cozy and comfortable, and steps away from a small pool to cool off. The facilities were clean, and everything around was in good condition. This is probably the nicest room I stayed in in Costa Rica. Clean, cute property with lots of greenery, hot water, close by the beach and supermarket. The room had a fridge so that made getting a few things at the store, like yogurt and fruit and soda. The good vibes within the place and other guests. I’m always looking for places where I can have a nice and tranquil days, well, this is the place if you want to do that. Hope to stay in the hotel in the future!.

Well prepared room with 5-10 minutes walk to the beach

Big room for two, enough store place, 5-10 Minutes to the super beautiful beach! Supermarket 1 minute walk. A lot of places to eat and drink around. Not directly in the hotspot of the street or which was super good cause there it was loud and there where a loooot of random hostels with young people. Room was cleaned every day, Personal was always reachable via WhatsApp and nice.

The walls are very thin. when our neighbour walked to the toilet I woke up because I thought the house breaks down. but we didn’t complain cause the rest was nice :)

Our room did not have a kitchen which we would have needed. But if you ask for a room with kitchen you could probably have one.

It's pretty at the of Santa Teresa, which is nice, so there is less traffic. The owner is very helpful and the room was fine. Hot water every day.

I think it's a bit too pricy and the pool is not as nice like on the pictures.

-The place has a cozy look -Cleaning everyday -Tidy swimmingpool and porch -Keybox for keyless visits to the beach -Parking lot

-The "windows" do not provide sonic isolation to the very noisy street, nor do they keep the heat out. -Refridgerator is very loud for a hotel and is located next to the bed.

Great place to stay in santa teresa

The host was super friendly and the room really has everything you need. You get to the beach and restaurants like in 5-10 min by foot.

It‘s not a downside, but the location is not so central. So if you like it a bit more quite, it‘s perfect. However, you are still superfast in the center of santa teresa

Very gentle and kind staff. The apartment is super cozy and was very clean.

Overall in Santa Teresa, the payment acceptance with credit cards is not so clear. Most of properties asked me the payment in cash. Hence, better to get prepared for both payment options.
