Very comfortable, cozy, clean and well equipped apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the apartment.

Complicated apartment lighting control

Great little apartment very handy for central Erlangen with a lovely biergarten nearby. Comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Tea and snacks left for us which was very welcome.

Everything was there! The host was really kind and we loved his hospitality!

good location, all kitchen utensils are available for cooking.

I saw on the Booking.com that there is a air conditioning in the room, but when I check in the owner said that there was no aircon in the apartment.

This loft studio apartment was very spacious, sleeping 4 upstairs in loft with a bathroom upstairs and two downstairs with another bathroom. It was very comfortable, well decorated and cozy. Rudolf was very hospitable helping in every way and keeping the kitchen well stocked. We especially enjoyed riding the free bikes provided throughout Erlangen a pretty University town. Location was perfect only a 15 minute walk to Hauptbahnhof and centre of town with the surroundings being in a very pretty part of Erlangen.

The loft style makes it more difficult to have completely separate space but the spacious comfort makes up for it
