Best part of my time in Siem Reap!

Everything from the beautiful rooms, to the amazing staff to the excellent food. This is the best hotel that I have stayed at in years!

Excelente servicio

El hotel es hermoso. Moderno y bellamente adornado. Cuenta con 2 piscinas. La habitación hermosa y muy amplia. El personal del hotel es extremadamente amable, un día no alcancé a llegar al desayuno y me consolaron a la hora del té con un waffle gratuito. Estaba delicioso. Los chóferes de tuk tuk también son muy amables, y todo el personal habla inglés. Además la ubicación es relativamente cercana a pub street y al bus stop del aeropuerto. Cuando llegas te va a buscar un tuk tuk sin cargo. Se nota que han pensado en cada pequeño detalle. Definitivamente si vuelvo a Siem Reap alojaré en este lugar. OJO recomiendo encarecidamente pedir en el bar el community guest reception drink. El mejor trago que he probado de momento en south east asia.

Todo perfecto. Por mencionar algo, podría tener gimnasio, pero no es determinante.

These people are doing their best to make this hotel perfect! At this time, it’s fairly new so they have a few hiccups.

The swimming pool was beautiful. The ground beautiful. The location is excellent. The staff is terrific. They helped us book our bus to Phnom Penh. It was cheaper than anywhere else. Bring your own thermos, water is free

Only got one cup of coffee/ day otherwise you were charged. Bring extra food if you were going on a sunrise tour to anger watch. You can ask for a boxed lunch. It contained two boiled eggs, two little bananas and a piece of toast with jam and butter. We were on the first floor and smelt cigarette smoke, someone was being disrespectful

The place to stay in Siem Reap

Everything was perfect. The space is lovely, even better than the pictures. The food at the restaurant was great and the staff is amazing, they are very welcoming.

To leave… we only stayed one night, must come back

Welcoming and friendly.

The staff were so friendly. Out of my entire trip this has been the most welcoming hotel. They are so genuine and authentic and truly care for their staff.

The only thing is the shower was not the best. It was one tile and you had to step on one tile and couldn’t move but it wasn’t a major thing!

Perfect for a 3-4 day stay in Seam Reap!

It’s a new property. The decorations are tasteful and the staff is really attentive. There are two swimming pools, tea time every evening, a laundry service and a massage service too.

This place has everything. Lovely ambiance, good good and an amazing staff!

The people are wonderful. They do so much to make your stay memorable. They are always ready to help beyond their normal duties. The place is beautifully decorated. Food is great and they are flexible if you need to change your meal a bit. They are environmentally conscious and are helping people of their community.

There is nothing to dislike!

Lovely people, good price

These women and men who operate this hotel are the most lovely, sweetest people I’ve met in Cambodia and possibly everywhere else. There are many places where the staff smiles but these guys give you their heart, they make you feel at home. I’m sorry I don’t remember everyone’s name but thank you for Luna who was our “mentor” during our stay and also big thanks to Mr. Lucky, our Tuk-tuk driver who took us everywhere we wanted in and around Angkor and saved our lives several times during the day when we crawled out of the actual temple in that brutal heat and waited us with ice cold water and beer! We could also rely on him about organizing our days and where to go. The hotel is on the road to Angkor, 2 minutes Tuk-tuk drive from the city center. There are two pools, one near the restaurant if you prefer shade, one on the rooftop if you want sun. And again, the staff are wonderful!

Welcoming base to explore and chill

Amazing customer service, warm and friendly staff, 2 pools, nice decor, located in quiet environment within walking distance to city centre and close to Angkor Wat.

Amazing stay

Everything is clean, comfortable and well located. It’s not far from the center of the city and Angkor wat. Everyone is super friendly !

The water is a bit too cold for my taste in the shower. The wifi doesn’t work well all the time to work on a computer

A great option for visiting Siem Reap- really nice hotel.

There are 2 pools, one at the ground level and one on the rooftop. Breakfast is really good (a choice of plates both of western and asian culinary culture). Friendliness of the stuff is exeptional. The location of the hotel is comfy, both for visiting Angkor Watt and to commute to city center (there's a tuk tuk service to city center for only 1 $).

Очень интересное местоположение в тихом районе, но где есть кафешки, банкоматы, недалеко речка с прогулочной зоной. Очень понравились разноцветные халаты для гостей в номерах из натурального хлопка. Очень удобно. Вежливый улыбчивый персонал, готовый прийти на помощь в любом вопросе.

It’s more then a hotel, it’s a family!

Thank you so much for the whole community! It was such a hospitable and warm welcome! I work at the hotel industry for 12 years, but never seen something like that! It’s a family feeling 100%! Fell in love with the people there! Special thank you to Bunny, Lim, Visnu and chef. The room was amazing too, very comfortable! This is the first place, that I knew I will come back for sure! Akuuuuuun!!!!

A little paradise with welcoming staff.

A little quiet paradise in Siem Reap, and conveniently close to Angkor. If you’re looking to simply relax and disconnect, come here. The staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and they create a warm atmosphere perfect for your travel plans.

My room had no blackout blinds, and I’m a little sensitive to incoming light. Not a game-changer, but but having the option for blackout blinds would be a great addition to the room.

es lohnt sich voll und ganz den Aufenthalt hier zu buchen

das Personal ist super lieb und bemüht, die Straße führt direkt zu den Tempeln, in der Stadt ist man schnell (auch zu Fuß kein Thema) und es ist ruhig. der Rooftoppool hat einen tollen Ausblick, der untere Pool ist direkt am Eingang zur Straße aber trotzdem angenehm noch für Drinks an der Bar dort zu sitzen. Wir haben verlängert :) die Idee junge Leute zu unterstützen fanden wir toll und auch wenn man merkt dass es (noch) keine Profis sind wird es mit viel hingabe gemacht - was viel mehr Wert ist!

Zimmer sind recht dunkel, aber das ist nicht schlimm, man kann lüften und mal am Balkon sitzen, auch wenn man im Erdgeschoss keine schöne Aussicht hat. Recht hellhörig wenn man laute Nachbarn hat.

Amazing story to the place and kind people

It used to be called The Cyclo d'Angkor Boutique Hotel and has rebranded. The story behind it is amazing! The staff took over the hotel after covid and co-own it. Their ethos to lift the Cambodian community and give back is beautiful. It's an eco-friendly hotel too. Bunny, Li, Luna (whose names I remember) and the staff overall were great and kind. Pal and Vysavann are a couple of the Tuk Tuk drivers that rode us around. They helped book my ticket for the Phare circus and for the bus to Battambang as well. They also had an afternoon tea, which was a great pick me up after a morning out exploring.

WOULD DWFINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN NEXT VISIT

A COMMUNITY HAVE JUST TAKEN OVER THIS SMALL HOTEL WHICH IS A LOVELY IDEA. OUR ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND OF GOOD SIZE. VERY LARGE AND COMFORTABLE BEDS AND GOOD SHOWER. QUIET SO SLEPT WELL. HOTEL HAS A TUK TUK WHICH YOU CAN USE AND WILL COME TO COLLECT YOU AT A GOOD PRICE. LOVELY BREAKFAST IN LOBBY AREA. STAFF SO HAPPY TO HELP AND OFFERED US A SHOWER IN A ROOM PRIOR TO LATE AIRPORT TRANSFER. NICE SMALL POOL ON ROOF TOP PERFECT FOR AFTERNOON DIP AFTER TEMPLES.

Stayed 2 nights, had a wonderful and relaxing time with People By The Community. Also the project they defend and suppor

Really nice staff, welcoming and friendly The place was having a lot of charm! The room was nice and the bed comfortable! The 2 swimming pools were nice to get some time to relax. Breakfast was nice too!

Can improve the service of upstairs swimming pool, put towels for clients and clean the tables in the morning. But not a lot to make it perfect !

Absolut empfehlenswert

Bereits bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich herzlich im Hotel aufgenommen und mit einem leckeren Zimt-Ingwer-Limetten-Getränk verwöhnt. Der vorab vereinbarte Pick-up Service hat bestens funktioniert. Mein Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, die Air-con angenehm und das Bett super bequem. Auch der Außenbereich mit Pool und Garten läd zum Verweilen ein. Außerdem schmeckt der Kaffee wirklich gut und das Essen ebenfalls. Toll war auch, dass man immer gekühltes gefiltertes Wasser bekommen kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als es bei mir Schwierigkeiten mit der Abholung zu einer Tour gab, haben sie den Tour-Anbieter angerufen sich für eine gute Lösung für mich eingesetzt. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut und herzlich geführt. Schnell kommt man in Kontakt mit dem einheimischen Personal. Außerdem unterstützt man mit der Übernachtung die Community.

Very special place

This hotel has recently changed hands with a number of former employees taking it over with the specific aim of teaching under privileged youth adults a trade. This makes for a really special feeling about the place where everyone is so delighted to be involved with the hotel. Really fantastic place to support.

Lovely hotel and staff, highly recommended.

Loved our stay here, the staff were so helpful and friendly that we extended our stay by 3 days.

A little difficult to find the hotel on arriving the first time. Its old name (Cyclo Boutique Hotel) is still shown at the front so a little confusing.

Belle surprise

Très bel établissement avec une belle décoration, les chambres sont agréables,grandes ,propres et bien équipées. Le personnel est très avenant,serviable et souriant. L'hôtel est un peu excentré mais un service de tuk tuk est proposé pour un prix raisonnable et est placé directement sur la route des temples d'Angkor. Bref une très belle découverte, nous y sommes restés une semaine du coup, on s'y sent comme chez soi.

Je retourne souvent sur Siem reap pour les temples tjrs aussi fascinant, je choisirais à nouveau san

Chambres très propres et un personnel hyper accueillant et serviable. Nous avions oublié de prévenir de notre départ très tôt pour une préparation de boites breakfasts et du coup le jeune à l'accueil s'est arrangé pour nous les apporter sur notre circuit sur place aux temples d'Angkor, respect et merci à lui ! Un merci également tout particulier au responsable de l'équipe sur la photo qui apprend le français. J'ai rarement vu une personne aussi avenante, souriante et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Ça donne le sourire pour la journée Petite remarque personnelle, du chocolat en plus du café et thé au petit déjeuner serait un plus très apprécié par de nombreux clients

Great stay and location

Staff were fantastic. Great location, between temples and the busy town. Room was huge.

Only accepted fresh bank notes, no card payment available, however they said this is coming.
