It has everything you need including a nice coffee maker, equipped kitchen, bicycles, and garden. The owner also provided us orange juice and beer, and tourist guides/maps of the city.

Very helpful host. Was able to arrange early check in. Fabulous to have a washing machine for our cycling clothes. Everything needed was available. Great to have advice regarding the roads we had chosen plus offering alternative cycling options.
