Beautiful and quiet location, with wonderful garden. The barn has all amenities one can think of. An extra plus travelling from the continent was the first round of groceries that was provided for. We were looking for English cottage atmosphere close to Bristol and we coudn't have found a better place for it.

The garden was beautiful!
We enjoyed a glass of wine outside on the evening that we arrived
The homemade lemon drizzle cake we were given upon arrival was delicious
The wifi was very unreliable
The toilet cistern took a long time to refill after flushing

Welcoming extras: Homemade cakes, coffee, tea, milk.
Property was clean, tidy and very well presented; Garden was exceptional, stayed three nights, would happily have stayed longer.

I cannot express the excitement we had when we all stepped foot in the Old Barn. It was immaculate and welcoming, and it felt cosy like we were at home. Jane and her husband, the hosts, were delightful. We were welcomed with fresh muffins baked with the fruit from the garden. My son was even given the opportunity to collect the eggs from the hen house. It was the best stay that was in a great location to pop into Bristol and the surrounding area. We can’t wait to go back!

Lovely homely cottage with a beautiful garden and welcoming hosts. Lots to do in the area and super location with easy parking for 2 cars.

We loved the property however better internet connection would have been a bonus!

We liked everything about the "Old Barn' great character and charm with a pleasant outlook.
Everything that one needed was supplied by Jane who was warm and welcoming and was
hospitable to us. Place was clean, cosy and warm. We very much appreciated having access
to private parking- for up to 2 cars. Great location for travelling around locally and much further
afield as we did due to great road links.
Would certainly stay again and hope to do so in the not too distant future as we plan to visit
area again all being well.

Everything you could need was there - real coffee tea milk butter and a home baked Victoria sponge fresh from the oven! Loved the wood burner very cosy for Xmas stay
An additional toilet would have been a plus!
