The guesthouse is located right next to the beautiful beach and in the walking distance of the turtle beach.

- value for money excellent - directly at the sea - payed 1$ more and we could have the room with the balcony at the 1st floor - hot shower, surprisingly clean and large room with 2 double beds

If you make a reservation through booking.com, they won't hold it for you. Even though we reserved three rooms, the hotel only had two rooms available when we arrived. They didn't even inform us beforehand. Another issue is that calling them on the phone is difficult. Even when you call, they never pick up.

The location is awesome, staff is good. But room need some modification and ac need to be added

Location & the balcony.

Located near the sea/beach. Check-in and check-out times were negotiable. During a power cut, the power was restored with a diesel power generator.

The room that was given to us first had a broken table and no working ceiling fan. Towels, toilet papers, and bathing soaps were not supplied. Had no mosquito nets either. No free Wi-Fi was given. Only one power socket was available, but not matched with our adapters. Breakfast was not supplied and a related partially refundable amount of money was not refunded. No bills were given, all were done on word of mouth. Then we were transferred to another room, with a working ceiling fan, bathing soap, mosquito net, and 4 power outlets.
