The host was lovely and the breakfast was lovely. View was excellent. On a cooler day with no pets this would have been better.
Top floor has no air-conditioning and the windows do not open very far. We stayed on a hot weekend and it was unbearable so left early. We chose this place as it was pet friendly but actually there is only a small balcony (wobbly and old) for them to stay on outside. Also the top floor is open to the common areas below and the noise from other guests travel upwards.

The most beautiful and welcoming B&B, a little home away from home! Amazing location to Lakes Entrance, gorgeous breakfast with a view! We only stayed the one night stopping over after a long drive. Facilities had everything we could have needed. The host Ling was so lovely and gave us lots of suggestions for the local area!

This is a unique bed and breakfast. Built with salvaged materials, it is more like a friend's cottage than a motel. The view from the balcony of the stars at night and the birds in the morning was great. My electric blanket made it hard to leave the bed in the morning. Everything was laid out in our room for breakfast (mini fridge with milk, juice and yougurt, bread for toaster and a kettle for tea and coffee-there was enough food and variety for my hungry sons). We had the family room which worked well for us (the whole upper floor) including a large dining table. Although not walking distance to any restaurants or shops, we brought takeaway from town. The family room is open to the downstairs common room which could be an issue if your family is noisy or the other guests are loud.
I missed the driveway and had to turn around in a tight spot. Go slowly when close as the entrance is not obvious if you are tired or it is dark (I also missed missed receiving a message with further arrival details due to issues with my phone so that didn't help).

Property difficult to find. Quirky is he best description. Seems a bit cluttered.
Friendly manager who gave us useful travel information.
Lighting to read was a bit poor. Some light over the bed would have been great

Beautiful scenery and wave sound from the ocean at night time
Not easy to find the place especially to first visitors.

it was a very nice place to stay

Our room, an extension of the main house, had a nice bohemian atmosphere with a view of the water in the distance. You could hear animals bleating outside. Breakfast was basic with ingredients provided for a continental breakfast that you prepared yourself. The room could have used some loving care.

Awesome view through the glass bay window. Comfy bed. Delicious 🍇 !!! Cooked breakfast option for $10 which we didn't need. Binoculars provided for viewing.
The driveway was rough and difficult to manoeuvre.

The whole place was amazing, the room was a beautiful little hide away room under the house with a spa and was actually surprisingly very spacious. We stayed down there to chase the alpine rally and it was always really nice to come back to the room and just relax in the spa after a long dusty day.
The bed was too soft for me and I struggled to sleep well on it
