Nice location, cozy appartment, have everything you need on the kitchen

the most important question is a sleeping place over a cliff, which cannot be used because of the danger of falling to the 1st floor. there were also issues with communication and settling topics

When entering the apartment a terrible SMELL welcomes you. It is a strange and strong perfumed smell and it comes from the toilet. This smell is apparently used to hide another smell: MOULD. I had to keep windows open all the time when in the apartment - even when sleeping. Yes, it was cold. Yes, the screaming of peacocks woke me up. It is a SHAME to rent such an apartment!

Nothing, except place is near the beautiful park.

The flat was dusty, bed broken, it makes noises when lying on it, the railings to second floor was broken, mattress very old. The apparents needs renovation. We spend two nights and two nights we can't sleep because of the rain. There was loud noises outside "tah, tah, tah", somewhere from the roof to the balcony roof when raining.

Very steep stairs in the apartment and unprotected opening on the second floor so it's a little bit dangerous with little kids.

This flat is located in a picturesque location, only a few minutes walk from Lazienki park. We received the detailed instructions on how to get in. Everything was great.

One of the beds is quite old and it squeaks.
