The google maps location is incorrect. The guesthouse is the first building in the village. No need to use the adjacent paid parking!

it is possible to drive the road from Stepantsminda to Juta with a normal car (so without 4 wheel drive). The first part is a asphalt road and than it changed but it is still easy to drive, if you drive slowly

the worst bed I ever had / unfriendly / no service at all / they even forgot to switch on the boiler, so we didn’t had a hot shower when we arrived / the price doesn‘t fit to the conditions / they want to charge 150 Gel for using the sauna / the pool is too cold without beeing before in the sauna, because the water for the pool comes from the mountain lake / the dishes from the restaurant are not good, almost just food for breakfast / the just accept cash (I‘m not often write my opinion over a hotel, but in this case it was too bad to say nothing)

We warmly recommend you to stay in Juta Hotel. Very kind owner and staff, good food and breda , clean rooms, super pool with mountain water and beautiful handcraft (carpets and more) for sale. Very priceworthy.

Nothing bad.

The food was great and the location was very remote. It is very close to The Fifth Season hotel and Zeta Camp, just at the bottom of the hill. The room was located in a very large building. We had the largest room with the terrace, giving us the ability to watch the storm in private as it came through that night. There are free range horses all over the mountains that the locals there can wrangle and take you on a ride to the mountain pass... about three hours there and back, or you can just hike up the hill and hike through the open plains. The scenery was so beautiful and a Juta House has a small cafe bar associated with it that is fully stocked with wine and liquor. The people were so nice and everything fit our trip well.

While the beds were comfortable, there were only twin beds on opposite sides of our room, so sleeping with your partner was kind of tight. Also the water for the showers have to be heated, so it only lasts about 15-20minutes at best before the cold water kicks on.

The restaurant is easily the biggest thing to brag about. Order the xabizgina or the khinkali. It's pricey, but considering where you're at and the portion size, it's the best option.

No central heating, but that's normal in Juta.
