The cafe section is nice overlooking the sea and the pool was nice to have.
The bed was tiny and I mean proper tiny. The chair in our room was also ripped and the balcony door wouldn’t lock.
Also the air con even though it was off would make incredibly loud noises and when it’s on it was very annoying almost impossible to sleep.

La vista de la alberca a la laguna siempre es muy bonita; no había desayunado en el hotel y la comida muy rica; la habitacion cómoda y amplia.
Al llegar la habitación que me dieron no me gusto y me cambiaron pero con costo extra; no tienen regaderas por si quieres quedarte posterior a tu checkout por lo que tuve que pagar por horas de late check out; el tipo de cambio más alto.

Las instalaciones y su vista a la laguna es increíble.
La atención de las recepcionistas deja mucho que desear y además no siempre hay agua caliente.

A única coisa que gostei foi a localização!
Vou começar pela recepção, o atendende que fez nosso check-in é grosseiro e mau humorado, péssimo, nunca deveria recepcionar pessoas!!! A acomodação é bem ruim, as camas são desconfortáveis, a roupa de cama tem cheiro forte (ruim), o banheiro falta toalha todos os dias (toalha de corpo, rosto e tapete), não tem frigobar, tomamos água quente (temperatura ambiente), a cortina back out do quarto não fecha totalmente entrando claridade no quarto a noite, tem degraus para chegar no quarto (péssimo para carregar as malas), o café da manhã é ruim e caro USD 22/pessoa (como comparativo, no IHOP gastamos em média USD 16/pessoa e comemos muito bem), não recomendo e não volto jamais!

Que las ventanas de las habitaciones se puedan abrir, en lo personal el aire acondicionado me afecta un poco y prefiero el aire fresco.

la piscina esta muy bien ubicada y te da una excelente vista. El comedor es muy lindo y la atencion de la gente es buenisima
la habitacion estaba super humeda. Las camas igual de humedas (olian a humedad).
la ducha tiraba muy poca agua y fria.

Badly maintained room, stained furniture, broken appliances, bad air circulation, loud A/C, low water pressure, the restaurant has a very limited oldschool menu.

The pool
The fact that parts of the ceiling were falling off, there were recurrent issues with water from the showers that were running low or not at all, on the last day there was no electricity in the whole building.
The food at the restaurant was very average, I would not recommend eating there.

Nice and comfortable hotel, walking distance from the beach and it has a restaurant and Starbucks shop inside.
We checked-in and they gave us the wrong room key (which was occupied), so we it was very unfortunate and uncomfortable to enter to a room with people inside. When we went to reception to report the incident, the receptionist didn't even said sorry and she just gave us another key for a new room like nothing happened. This was our very first night and we were tired so we left it there.
The girl receptionist in general was pretty rude and hostile so just because of that we are giving them 7 out 10 score.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! no fridge in the room; the nearest beach is terrible. I left my sunglasses in the room, and when I realized I called them. I tried a lot of times to call them and when someone finally answered she didn't speak English so she hung up the phone on me, then I called again and tried to speak in Spanish and the lady said that my sunglasses weren't there. In other words, they stole my glasses.

The view was amazing and it offered a wide variety of services. It has both a pool and a gym as well as a bar and a restaurant.
The room had humidity issues to the point that the floor was slightly flooded for the entirety of our stay after only one shower (mind im not taking about the bathroom floor but the room floor which did not connect to the bathroom so there must be a leakage problem). This also attracted a cockroach in the bathroom. The toilet needed to be flushed a few times otherwise it wouldn’t work.

The staff was terrible - the place wasn't clean, there were hairs on the bed and the bathroom barely seemed functional. They wouldn't provide another room as it was fully booked but I requested an upgrade, which I didn't receive.

We were discriminated against by the manager and the girl at the desk. The price we booked for and the price we were told once at the site was different and upon probing the manager and the girl up front which I don’t have their names were rude and not comprehensive. The customer service was poor, the girl working there threaten to call the police. We had a terrible experience. The place was very beautiful but because of the way we were welcomed, I will never come back there again. The manager is not a good leader and I believe because of the color of our skin he was discriminating us and refused to give us privacy once in our room.Again we had a horrible experience.

Good value for money
Expensive breakfast. We checked out earlier and a senior employee named Marco Antonio Ortiz Silva promised to return the money for the remaining days of about $1200. No one returned the money, and it is impossible to get through to this employee and he also does not answer the mail.

the Pool
my room was in the second floor right next to the avenue. you could hear the cars drive by very loud. then the taxi drivers would blast music out of their cars early in the morning and they were parked right outside. the room locations are too close to the avenue

View of lagoon from room and restaurant. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room large and clean.
Desk staff were not helpful. Did not seem to care about clients. Some thing were in bad shape like phone and toilet seat.

the management should ensure that the room are clean everyday. We would go out for the day and by the time we come back, the room is exactly has we left it. When they would clean, it was not well done.

The staff is rude, ac was super noisi, booked a room with balcony, but got it on the second day of the stay-very weird reasoning from staff, very poor quality in the restaurant-basically canned food
