the property was clean and comfortable. with beautiful gardens it was suitable for myself and my 85yr old mother.

The property is on a very busy road and available transport is taxis a bit of a walk up the busy road. There is no food available within walking distance. The shelves in local family mart mostly empty, so we ate noodles out of a cup.When I checked before booking it was a short trip to the hospital. In reality it was a long ride in traffic that is very busy most times of the day, cost around 1200 bhat return. When we got to the hospital my uncle was very unwell in the intensive care. So we had to quickly move closer to the hospital so we could arrange to have him flown home by air ambulance and be close to the hospital if we were needed quickly. Unfortunately any refund or part refund was unavailable so it cost me $700 for 1 night.

Staff nice.

Paying for the electricity. I asked a friend of mine who lives in Thailand. I paid 2100 thb for 4 days electric. He told me that he has an enormous house and this was more than he paid for a full month!! Also, one full day power cut was not fun.
