We stayed here only for one night and everything was perfect. Location, equipment, service, communication with the owner. We will definitely come back when going to Rijeka again.
We were expecting a swimming pool outside for kids, but then we found out it is not part of this accomodation. Anyway owner was really kind and found the solution to make us satisfied. We appreciate it very much.

My partner slipped in the bathroom and they have ignored our messages
You have to pay a neighbour cash for the apartment before the let you with their fob key
I do not belive any of their properties are registered with the tax or tourist authorities.
The host when we spoke about the advertised apartment and location stated we were lucky they let us stay as we had a large dog with . On this trip we will stay at 15+ locations across Europe and always state we have a Labrador Doh with us . As above all other properties we have stayed have the relevant tourist number / sign

Spacious apartment , but far from beach and city... very ugly beaches .
The place is far from everywhere, and the city is ugly . The property have no pool .

Property was nice but there was a water leakage in the apartment
there was a water leakage in the bathroom it was ruining the apartment downstairs
there was an old lady who was living downstairs. that leakage was directly on top of her bed.
i was really worried while using the bathtub. Because it’s ethically wrong. i didn’t want to be part of that

Excellent location of the apartment with a wonderful view.
Some things are not yet completed in the apartment, but the owner is still arranging them. When it's all finished it will be amazing. On the first day, the breakfast was too small for two families (7 people), but on the second day they served us in every way and prepared a more abundant breakfast.

We had a great stay. We received an upgrade. The host was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The appartment was brandnew with a stunning view!

It's just horrible. We travel a lot and have been using the booking.com service for 15 years all over the world. Now we are a family with small children, and having arrived at these apartments late at night, we simply stayed outside. We even gave the exact time of arrival, but.... Everything is closed. No one answers the phone. Neighbours came out and confirmed this address, these apartments and the correctness of all contact numbers. But... The next day, the owner wrote in booking.com that we did not arrive!!!! We think that the owner has changed there and the good reviews from previous years are no longer relevant! Now it's a trap! I reported everything to booking.com, but the apartments work with a rating of 9.0 ..... It's a pity for all the following...

We were delighted with our one night rental. The unit had a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea from the balcony, the hosts were polite, friendly and on point. The provided breakfast was better than expected! Everything was as promised - and then some. We were quite happy with our experience. Recommended!

Bed is good and comfy, terrace has an amazing view. Host was friendly in general, but didn’t react well when we said that we’re missing a kitchen.
The whole house was unfinished when we stayed there (which we didn’t know beforehand). It was also in a different location than the one on Booking and the apartment was not the one from the photos.
Our apartment was literally missing the kitchen. Our terrace was basically shared with the neighbors (only some plants between us) which also means we lacked privacy.

The host was lovely and welcoming, the apartment was well equipped and clean.
The pictures provided are a bit misleading given it shows multiple properties with different facilities. There was no swimming pool and the view not quite what was portrayed on the pictures. That said it was compensated by a warm welcome from the host.

No paper in bathroom,no light on one room, and mo pool as it was on pictures while booking. We choose rooms with breakfast but there is no possibility for that.
We booked apartments for 6 persons but there was pillows only for 4 persons

The place is just amazing! Even better than in the photo!!! Thanks to the owners for the excellent quality of the room, for the excellent service!!! Breakfast to the room every morning! The view from the balcony is simply awesome, everything was just perfect!

We stayed in a newly built building. The apartment was very spacious, modern materials were used in the interior and we appreciated the overall design of the apartments and the whole building. The view from the apartment was beautiful. The surrounding is very quiet, so you can relax on the spacious terrace attached to the apartment. On this terrace you can also enjoy a rich breakfast prepared by the owners. The owners are very nice people, they speak very good English and were very helpful in everything. We can only recommend a stay in this apartment.
