no working lift therefore 56+steps up with heavy bags advertised kitchen but this comprised a microwave and sink in the entrance to the property. no safe.

The location is perfect for those that want to have easy access to the metro station, shopping and port area. The building it a historical one and quite impressive. The elevator doesn't work so you might need to take this into consideration as the stories are high. When it works though it's expected to pay 20 cents per ride. This is something that you will find in other buildings as well.

The cleaning schedule more flexible. We were told that it's done on a specific hour and that wasn't suitable with our schedule. Also, there is no breakfast and we knew that, but some coffee would have been nice to have.

you can hear the other guests if they are noisy, in my case there was a group and they were screaming and running through the hall until 2 AM

Absolutely fantastic. We were messaged directly telling us entry requirements and directions. The room was beautiful and the service was exceptional. Recommend highly, perfect location and fantastic price.

Location good.

We arrived very late, did the self check in, then in the early morning 7 am got a message that we need to make the payment. I understand that, and of course that is the most important thing for the owners it just gives a very unpleasent feeling. In no moment they asked us, if everything is ok, do we need something, or any other nice word except you need to pay. Of course we did the payment first thing that morning, and nobody asked us nothing after that moment. Not even when we texted the lady to book as a taxi, because we had a early flight, in no moment nobody asked how was your stay, no question at all. So we felt very unpleasent, pay and go you dont matter. And to be honest, it is very expensive for that kind of treatment for the guests! 132,00 € per night is a price where at least you should be ask are you ok with the room, do you miss something, to have a feeling somebody is nice and kind. For sure we won't come again, as we work the similar job and i know how people appreciate when the staff is nice, kind and helpful.

The host was very kind and welcoming. He waited for us and gave good advices on places to go. The room was great, good bathroom and everyhthing was perfect.

The only bad thing is that the breakfast was supposed to be included with the room but there wasn't any. We did forget to ask the day before about how would it work, but still
