I traveled on my own to get my teeth done , I was constantly harassed by a male member of staff . I was following all around the hotel , even to the bathroom and shops by a mender of staff . I was then followed to my room by this staff mender . I asked reception to call the police, in which they replied no . I left the hotel that moment and had to pay for another hotel . As a women do not travel to this hotel in your own . It was a very scary experience and staff were not interested at all by what happened. Inside job be very careful to any women out there travelling to this hotel on there own

Everything was great, the staff are very friendly and helpful and helpful and its a great location too. Definitely will come back again whenever i visit Turkey again.

to change sheets, pillowcases, duvet cover from previous guest !!!
I came to the room everything was looking clean, the bed was made. I wanted to lie down and saw more carefully the sheets. I understood that the bed sheets, pillow cases and duvet cover were from previous guest ! I call to administrator and they changed the bed sheets.
Also on the table was a little bottle of wine with sticker "it was paid". Next morning when I checked up, the lady asked me if I drunk a little wine with sticker "it was paid" I said "yes". Her answer killed me: "it was not the present, you have to pay 75 lira". I gave 30 lira to her and the rest they should withdraw from my credit card.

Staff are very poor English skill and difficulty commutation also showers towels are new but so many hair came out , after showed, move out tower hair to whole body.

Reception staff was very good and helpful. Very nice location , everything nearby especially Restaurants . Easy check in . Helpful staff. Clean Hotel with good breakfast.
