Smooth communication with the owner, spacious lounge, chalet located almost in the center of Bovec, parking for 3 cars directly in front of the house, great location in Soča valley.

We were group of 12 people (8 adults and 4 youths), but we would recommend the house for 8 people at maximum (there was a bit lack of storage space for such a group of people, some rooms were not equipped with any dresser or wardrobe, sleeping in walk-through kitchen room). The only thing which we found really unpleasant was the terrible mould on the walls in the rooms located in the ground floor and related smell (the three-beded room was the worst one).

Parking space enough for 3 cars. Amazing common area on the first floor. Very spacious if you're traveling with friends and/or family.

Few cleanliness issues ruins the impression. Water kettle completely covered in limestone, cobweb creeping out from behind the closet are not the kind of sights one enjoys when coming in.
