Clean, free parking, elevator, balcony, the host is nice and pleasing
It's an old panel soviet home with small-tiny apartments, so it was very cramped for 5 people - but this way our kids got the perspective how it was to live in Soviet Union and its satellites :)) The furniture and part of kitchen equipment are old and wearied.

Renovated 2 rooms (+small kitchen + small WC+ small shower room) flat in Soviet style building on the last floor (10th?) far away from center of Wroclaw. Elevator works:) For budget travelers, not luxury. For 1 night is OK. If you set your expectation correctly - everything is fine with this appartment.
Rather far from the old town/center: definitely you need a car & pay for parking. & no drink as smd needs to drive back :( Very small WC & shower rooms
