The shower drainage in the bottom main bedroom was slow to drain.

Unless you prefer to sleep with mould … pls look elsewhere

the villa itself was absolutely beautiful and the staff as always amazing

BEWARE of MOULD!!! the main bedroom had an awful smell and the owner insisted that it was ‘safe mould’….absolutely ridiculous. we spent 2 nights sleeping on the floor in other bedrooms because of the stinch. The staff were amazingly helpful but the owner of the villa .. not so nice. We were refunded 1 night for 1 bedroom only and post our holiday Kim (owner) will not return any messages. shame on you Kim….such a beautiful villa i only hope you treat the staff with utmost respect. I’ve been to Bali many times and have never had such a bad experience as this time The mould was later painted over … with heaps of deodorising sachets to mask the smell

Perfect first stay in Bali!

We stayed in the one bedroom villa! It was such a beautiful villa with a private pool! The location was perfect! Added bonus of having filtered water and security to make you feel safe. We would stay again! Bedroom was nice and cool with aircon. Circle K 1 min walk away. Also laundry 1 min walk away.

The perfect Villa.

Highly recommend stay at the beautiful Villa. It’s in a great location, very close to everything. The owner Kim is excellent. She is very accommodating and generally cares about her guests. The manager Arke is also fantastic! If you need anything, he will have it organised. He is extremely friendly. Thank you again Kim and Arke.

Arke the manager was fantastic.Location was perfect for us.Not to far from the action but still nice and quite. The rooms are nice and spacious and clean.Will definitely be returning in the near future.

Nice, accessible villa on a quiet street but thats all.

We liked the pool.

The toilet which had the bathtub had a weird orientation. There were cockroaches on two of the nights, one in the pantry (understandable) but the other one in the bedroom on the ground floor (no bathtub one). The toilet in this one had no shelter, so debris from outside can enter. Which made the living space (floor) quite dirty easily.

Not somewhere I’d personally book again

Power frequently when out and had no water along with it during those period. Not somewhere I’d personally book again, maybe the 3 bedroom option is nicer, but the 1 bedroom was a let down.

Villa Sabbia a great stay!

Villa was amazing, private location but central to the beach and great restaurants. The staff were absolutely fantastic that go above and beyond.

The main bedroom needs a more efficient exhaust fan, as everything felt damp after a shower. The neighbors were a little pushy with their transport company and would intercept any transport that we had organised for ourselves.

Absolutely perfect stay.

Location was perfect! So close to the beach and great restaurants. Villa is absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated and clean. Filtered water in the villa saved us from buying bottled water all the time, huge plus. Bathrooms have beautiful products to use. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you'd need. Management and cleaning team was accommodating and friendly. Could not have dreamed of a nicer villa in a better location. Highly recommended!

A must stay for Bali!

Such a lovely villa. It was perfect for the three of us. The private pool was so nice. We got some amazing restaurant recommendations from the owner and the management team there were amazing.

Paradise isn't that perfect.

The location was perfect

Cleaning staff only came every 2 to 3 days and they also used the spare key to enter into the villa without knocking every time. After the first clean we noticed the coffee didn't get replaced, we waited till the next day, they didn't bother coming back with coffee so we just purchased our own. The owner needs to address the villa management and staff very fast.

It was close to some great bars, restaurants and the beach. Arke and Ben were absolute stars and helped with anything we needed. Ben was at the end of the phone when we needed to book trips and came to us. We didn't even have to leave the apartment, which meant no hastle from the tour touts!! The apartment was clean, tidy and modern. Had everything we needed. Made our honeymoon very pleasant. We'd stay here again, most definitely!! Thanks Kim and all your wonderful staff.
