This place is a little paradise and we were absolutely amazed by the place, the garden, breakfasts and last but not least hospitality of the owners. Domenico and his family are the kindest people on earth. We will never forget this stay :)

The house is on an amazing property, filled with trees, very magical. Location is excellent, close to the train station and other public transport. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable. The host is amazingly nice and wellcoming. I highly recommend this place, and can't wait to come back, we had a wonderful time, thank you !!
Nothing, everything was so good !!

Excellent service and genuine care from the hosts. Location is a great base for visiting Sorrento and Pompeii or Naples. Great breakfast and balcony off the room.

The location was fantastic, the gardens are beautiful with fruit trees and back drops of the mountainous region, chickens lay your eggs for breakfast, so idyllic. Dominica and his family were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. It was a real home from home. We spent a few days of our honeymoon here and we were absolutely spoilt by the hosts. I read wonderful reviews and for us the family and their home was every bit as expected.
And of course we cannot forget the gorgeous little dogs who are every bit a part of the family. We absolutely adored them.
If you are looking for somewhere with the Italian homely feel, you will not be disappointed. The location is spot on, walking distance from the train station and town. The train is two stops (5mins) from Sorrento and all the beautiful regions to explore are very close by.
We will definitely be bringing our family back here.
For us it was everything we expected.

We had the most incredible stay with Dominico - what a wonderful host he was. He really made us feel so welcomed and looked after, with great recommendations and information about the local area. Most days we took a 2min walk and jumped on the metro for two stops (4mins) down to Sorrento - great location. We looked forward to breakfast every day, everything was so fresh from the garden, brilliant eggs and coffee too. We will definitely be back and bring more friends and family! Thank you so much Dominico, you are one of a kind!

Loved the big garden with fruittrees, the atmosphere, the lovely family running the place and the fantastic breakfast every morning with treasures from the ecological fruits and vegetables grown in the garden. We will miss it(!). The big terrasse with lovely views. Close to train station, clean, super AC.
everything perfect, nothing not to like.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Piano DI Sorrento. From checking in with a greeting from the friendliest pups and a fresh lemonade to breakfast each morning on the patio, everything was wonderful! the rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Being in a quieter neighborhood was part of what we were going for, but that did mean limited transportation options. We took the Curreri Viaggi bus from the airport and the stop is about a 15 minute walk to the hotel - thankfully mostly flat! The train station is a quick 5 minute walk, but the trains aren’t super frequent (or on time) and don’t run very late.

We stayed with Dominico and Raphaela and had the most amazing time. From the minute we arrived we felt at home. We were pampered with fresh orange juice, homemade Limoncello and amazing breakfasts. We received recommendations on what to do in the area, how to travel by the local train and even which cheeses to buy and where. The house is in lovely orchards and from the terraces the view is beautiful. Our granddaughter didn’t want to leave and neither did we. We highly recommend staying here on your trip to the area.

We enjoyed staying at La Gaggia very much. Domenico was the finest host and had a wonderful place in a town near to Sorrento. Domenico welcomed us with fresh squeezed orange juice from his orchard and gifted us oranges and lemons. This area is known for cultivation of citrus fruits, especially delicious oranges. We enjoyed the Jack Russell pups and puppies and meeting Domenico's father each morning near a wood burning fireplace. It was a wonderful home, delicious breakfasts. Domenico and his family cared for us deeply and provided information about the locality. We loved our stay and look forward to returning again someday.
It was all wonderful. Just be prepared for narrown streets in Sorrento and in this area of Amalfi. Domenico took care to assure that our car made it through - Domenico was a great host.

The hosts are very friendly and attentive to your needs, they made us feel very welcome, we had a feeling like we were a part of family. At the same time you have all the privacy that you need. The place is quiet and cosy. The territory of the guesthouse is very beautiful and neat with gardens, fruit trees and berries. The breakfast was excellent - various fresh food, home-made jams, cakes, great coffee. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything needed. Very good Wi-Fi connection. Restaurants, supermarket are in the neighbourhood. We had a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend this place!

Domenico is a fantastic, kind and very welcoming host. We were welcomed with fresh lemon juice prepared by the host and three cute jack rusell terier’s. Place is close to the train station from where you can easily catch a train to other places in this area. Breakfast was delicious and included home made marmalade’s and fruits from their beautiful garden. Rooms are clean and pretty. Place is very quiet. You can truly rest out there. Highly recommend. We hope to get back there one day. Thank you Domenico!

The staff if very nice and helpful. We got lots of great recommendations.
The property is very quiet, with a beautiful large garden.
The breakfast was good, including home made orange juice and jams, and fresh products from the garden.
The town, Piano di Sorrento, is very nice and quiet. Much less touristy and more intimate than Sorrento itself. It also has great restaurants. We ate our dinners there.
If you travel by public transport. you need to take the Circumvensuviana train to Sorrento (or anywhere else basically - this is the almost exclusive means of transportation available.) The ride to Sorrento is about 5 minutes. However, the time distance between trains is usually 30 minutes, and the trains are far off schedule. In addition, the last train is around 21:30, after which you have to take a taxi, which is outrageously expensive.

I loved everything about our stay. Dominico was fantastic and we were treated like family. There are some unlikely housemates who we loved (3 pups, chickens and roosters, and even a peacock!). The breakfast was amazing. Dominico and his sister would cook us fresh eggs, lemonade, orange juice, and cappuccinos. The room was homey and had a very nice shared terrace. The location is perfect, only 5 minute walk to the train and 1 stop from Sorrento. Piano de Sorrento is a very beautiful town with very sweet people.
There are mosquitos, but that is like everywhere else.
