Location

Rooms do not have air conditioning. It’s gets too hot in summer

This place was in the very heart of old town Nice and just minutes from the sea, the tram, shopping, dozens of restaurants, and a good grocery store. The apartment was big and well-equipped. Although it was quite modern inside, it was in an ancient building with a very old entrance on a tiny little street. We really liked that. At night out little street turned into a bustling assortment of cafe's and restaurants. There were lots of tourists from all over, and we loved the vibe. We always felt safe and at ease. The public beach nearby was clean and not too crowded. Our teenagers had a great time there.

One of the bedrooms had a window that wouldn't close all the way, so it was noisy and a bit hot in that one room. i'm guessing the owner will have fixed that by now. All else was great.

The location was really good. The apartment space was good. Has iron, washing machine. The service was really good

Things to improve: to add air conditioning to the rooms. In the bathroom with bathtub, add shower to the wall. Add hair dryer. The door needs a handle to open it. The building entrance door hast to be fixed.

Excellent location

Location,Location,Location! Everything was near,located in the middle of old town ,5 min to beach or shopping. Every room had own bathroom! All applience what needed for ex. breakfast.

Airconditioning was only in livingroom.(solution:blowers on floor under airconditioning to blow cold air toward bedrooms :) ) Wineglasses would have been nice in Nice :)
