The place was super clean. Mario, the owner, was great, very helpful, and polite. Nice area close to shops and the sea. I would recommend a 100%

There was nothing that we did not like

Communication and hospitality of the owner, good location, privacy, silence, private parking, beautiful courtyard.

The apartment is really tiny for 4 persons (adults and kids). It's not that important, but bear in mind that the bathroom is entered from the bedroom which does not have a window itself. The pressure in the shower was very weak, also hot water finished quickly (at least for us).

Nice new appartment with great facilities, with the pool and sitting place in the garden. Near the sea and close to the restaurants. Helpful owner Mario.

The accommodation offers every facility for an unforgettable holiday. The apartment is comfortable and very clean and the kitchen is well-equiped. The garden is wonderful, it has arranged places for eating outside and it provides an amazing pool. Another advantage is the short distance to the beach. The host is a very kind person and we thank him for making our stay even more delightful.

This is a little gem! Great pool, super location for exploring (if you have transport) as it is close enough to the main toll road that takes you all along that part of the island, or if you are staying in Giardini Naxos there is lots to do there and getting a reliable taxi is super easy. The host is AMAZING! Mario and his family is one of the best parts of this property. Nothing is too much trouble, he is always there to help with issues, a taxi or general knowledge of the island! Truly wonderful man!

the location was the only ok thing about this property

from before we even arrived at this place everything was a problem. as advertised we intended to arrive at 2pm for check in but Mario contacted us saying the room would not be ready until 5pm. we have a 1 year old and a 2 year old so this was not going to work. Mario did manage to have our room ready at arrival which was after 2…..to which he was angry about and gave out to us on arrival!!!!! saying he had other things to do! I was horrified! after this it did not get better, the room was claustrophobic with air conditioning only in the bedroom which meant once the kids were asleep in the bedroom we had to close the door and it was roasting in the other room. so I would say this only had half air conditioning, while in the pool with the children mario came out and tested the water saying it was dirty …..so by his own admission it was not clean! we did not use the pool again. then when it came to check out it was 10am, I asked if we could stay an extra hour to give the children some food as we had a long day of flights ahead I was told absolutely not, in a very rude manner. Mario had informed us we had to put all rubbish outside the gate of the complex the night before we left,…..we did this but had more rubbish in the morning as we had the babies nappies and food for breakfast etc, this was just about ok with him. we spent the morning cleaning and tidying the apartment and stripped the bed linen etc. the place was spotless! at 9.50 Mario was outside our door looking in the glass…..leering in, I felt it was a complete invasion of privacy as we were getting ready to leave. he came in the door of the apartment and was immediately cross. he accused us of breaking the sliding door which was so stiff to move from the moment we arrived. this was not true the door was not sliding properly the entire length of our stay. he proceeded to shout at us and scream, in front of our two small children. I have never in my life met someone like this man!

Great pool and a beautiful garden. It is better than the pictures showed! Aircon was also very good and sufficient. The host is very polite, helpful and almost a good friend by now. From the garden and pool area You can see both Taormina and most of the top of the vulcano Etna. It is only a few minutes walk to the the beaches. It i s close to small supermarkets, a bakery and a lot of restaurants and bars.

Nothing important. The pool got quite warm in the afternoons but it was very hot, 32-35°C, when we were there.

Mario is very welcoming, made us feel at home, the pool is lovely with views of Mount Etna and the location is perfect, close to beach, restaurants, shops and a small amusement park for kids. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend.

Great location in Naxos - an oasis in chaotic center. We shared the facility with only one another family and had a great time. Pool was great and we had our own space next to it. Private parking at the facility is great as there is total traffic chaos in city center. You don't have to worry about that as the facility is a walking distance from everything in Naxos. Highly recommend for anybody visiting Naxos. The apartment is brand new and has everything imaginable - oven, micro oven, big fridge, coffee machine (with coffee tablets), washing machine ... you will feel as home.

Very helpful and communicative owner. We visited in winter so understandably the swimming pool was not open. Quiet location with secure off street parking. Lots of restaurants nearby though many were closed during the mid week in winter. Great beach and close to Taormina which is well worth visiting (we took the bus there and walked back).

The bedroom was rather cramped and did not have an external window. The heating is via a heat exchange / air con unit located in the bedroom. Hence we had to leave the doors open to heat the lounge area and so the bedroom was very warm. We prefer to sleep in a cool room with fresh air which wasn't really an option. I am sure that the set up is more effective in summer when the air con is needed.

Great place and great Mayor of the place, Mario. Apartment is relatively small but taking into account outdoor possibilities, it's absolutely sufficient. Very clean and equipped. Queen bad could be a bit larger, anyway, if you love your partner, you manage it ;) The best of the best was Mario, always (practically realtime through whatsapp) ready to help and advice what and where to do to be little bit more local than typical tourist! Thx Mario again.

Modern flat, great location, wonderful swimming pool with the view of Etna, friendly and helpful owner. Definitely would choose again!

Clean modern apartments. Wonderful view of Mount Etna from the pool. Nice host. There are towels for the pool. The owner gave in to use an umbrella for the beach. Nearby there is a sandy beach, further away - a stone one. Parking at the entrance to the apartment. Everything is very good.

Our host Mario was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful one. The room was spotless and the accomodations were very comfortable. The pool and outdoor area around it was meticulously taken care of. We even had our own drying rack , our own gazebo with outside seating and our own lounge chairs and umbrella for the pool. Will definitely be staying here again when we return to Sicily. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Private gated parking so no need to worry about your vehicle while you are there. Mario even called the clinic in Giardini Naxos for us to find out when we could go to get a covid test for our return flight.
