The best stay I’ve had so far in Makkah

The staff were extremely friendly, location was perfect. The cleaner on the 11th floor was extremely accommodating. Upon arrival Ali had upgraded our room to a suite with haram view. This was a really lovely gesture. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

الأمان عالي بالفندق ، الاطلالة ، المرافق ، تجاوب الموظفين ، الافطار متنوع بشكل كبير .

توزيع وتصميم الغرفة ، دورة المياة مقابل جلسة الصالة ، غرفة النوم لايوجد فيها باب عازل عن الصالة ، النظافة وعدم جاهزية الجناح ، اكواب البار متسخه ولم تغسل من بعد النزيل الاول ، الارضية متسخه من البسكويت وايضاً .

Excellent facility

Everything I liked,the staff professionalism upon arrival and during the staying, the whole facility is nice and comfortable, rooms are very clean and specious and elevators are very accessible without any delays or crowded, restaurant with nice food selections and variety with welcoming, initiative and friendly staff always ready to serve you and make sure that you are happy, My family shared the same impression.

Excellent

We visited for Umrah, and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The Haram was just a minute away, making our journey incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, ensuring we had everything we needed. The manager, Mr. Muhammad Ali Aqeel, was very welcoming, professional, and kind, always available to assist us. His team, including Mr. Yasser, housekeeping Staff Ramazan, and Mr Tayyeb during breakfast, provided excellent service. The professionalism of Mr. Muhammad and his staff truly enhanced our stay. Additionally, the quality of the food was outstanding, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel's accessibility was a significant advantage, with a food court next door and delicious dining options within the hotel itself. Furthermore the hotel is very clean, comfortable beds and the cleanliness is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel, whether traveling with family or alone, and I would definitely return. Thank you, Conrad and Mr Muhammad for a wonderful stay.

Good stay, clean comfy and easy to commute around

Amazing property, lovely rooms comfy beds good size bathrooms and good views. Housekeeping was excellent

Noise from next door disturbed us had to complain to reception and also get them to speak to the people in the next room. Also did not like that the lights dont allow you to control from the room properly you are forced to turn off from the front door and side lights don’t work. Also was not told about the tax which was charged afterwards when I checked out. Not all staff are able to speak English well or conversationally. Some staff is excellent some was. On existent - expect higher standard of English from top hotel so this was frustrating and annoying and disappointing!

Overall we had a lovely stay and it helped that the crowd was less after Ramadan

Lovely view of the Haram from our room. Easy access to Haram via the interconnecting mall then a quick cross over a street into the haram. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety. The cleaning staff are very flexible with their times which was a benefit especially during Umrah and sleeping odd hours.

We wanted to book a car to visit the WaHi (Revelation) Exhibition and District, Uber wasn’t allowed to come to the Haram area where the hotel is located, Uber would have charged us 30 Riyals, the hotel quoted us 300 Riyals for the same trip one way. We could understand double the price but ten times was unreasonable. We had to walk out and find a local taxi. The executive lounge has limited hours and limited options.

إقامه أكثر من رائعه بالاستقبال المتميز ورائحة الورود في البهو، والإفطار المتنوع، والراحه بالغرفه، وموقع الفندق المطل على باب الملك فهد، وبأسفله سوق جبل عمر بتنوع مطاعمه ومحلاته. وهذه الإقامه الثالثه لي فيه، فهو فندقي المفضل بمكه المكرمة،،

الفندق استلم نصف قيمة الإقامة قبل موعدها واستلم كامل المبلغ عند القدوم .. ولم يقم بإرجاع المدفوع مقدما وهو 50‎%‎ من قيمة الإقامة على الرغم من مرور شهر تقريبا على انتهاء الإقامة .. وقد أرسلت لهم أكثر من مرة دون رد منهم

*وجدت أن وسادة النوم فيها تشققات . *بلاط الحمام زلق وذلك يسبب خطورة واحتمالية حدوث اصابة خاصة لكبار السن . *ازرار تشغيل واغلاق الانوار داخل الغرفة كانت معقدة وتحتاج إلى حلول اخرى افضل واسهل . .

stay was good except those two incident unfortunately.

I was impress with the front desk Lady that check me in a dirty room by mistake but she apologize and upgrade me to another room. The housekeeping man on the first floor very nice always smiling i wish i remember his name.

I bought extra coupons for dinner wanted a refund for one night the front desk manager Yusef Al Ghamdi refuse to do so. Also i had two guest one night i took them to the M floor dinner the restaurant manager charge me $200 for two people when i ask a little discount he said no. what I'm trying to say some times it's not about the money if you in the hospitality industry you have to empathize with your guest.

Excellent Place to stay

Great Facilities and exceptional service provided by staff. Starting from the checkin throughout the stay it feels like real professional team is taking care all the stuff. قريبة من الحرم. الغرف واسعه ونظيفه. والآثاث جميل وراقي. من أجمل الأماكن اللي أحرص أحجز فيها

انك تدفع وتختار اطلاله ع الحرم وتزيد تدفع. وبالأخير يحطونك أخر الفندق. رجعت عدلت عندهم والحمدلله ضبطوني

Perfect.

Conrad was very clean, very great location - close to the haraam! The breakfast had an amazing choices of food. Loved our stay.

The wifi was absolute terrible it did not work at all during our stay. We did complain but it never got fixed. However I went there for ibaadah, so it did me good.

كانت تجربه جميله

الفندق بشكل عام ممتاز والمطعم كان جداً ممتاز والوتير عبدالرحمن والمصري رائع والشيف كان جداً لطيف وخدوم والاكل جداً جداً رائع من افضل المطاعم

انا دفعت لسرير اضافي ولطفل وماجابوه وسرير جابوا لي سرير رضيع وكلمتهم ماكانوا مره متجاوبين وكلمت الاستقبال في التشيك اوت قالوا بنكلمك ومتاكده ماراح يكلموني غرفه 1523

Excellent Location and well maintained hotel with excellent food!

Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is excellent. Suhoor buffet was fantastic. Inhouse Masjid with Partial View of Haram Transport Staff (two ladies were excellent - they helped us retrieve our oversize suitcase from the Train Station)

Front Check in Staff can be a little more helpful when checking in by explaining the facilities and the various floors that lead to the Holy Masjid. The Check In staff are a little inflexible for late check out, considering we checked in 5.30pm. Standard Check out is 12PM and Check in in 4PM. Little excessive, normally two hour difference! Additional WC would be advantageous as these rooms are normally shared by 3-4 people.

Of course the location is perfect Room is spacious Room is clean Furniture not old Beds are comfy Stuff all have a big smile on there faces especially the stuff of the restaurant they did there best to provide us with what we want (All of them were very helpful)

Food was not as expected (actually most of the food was below average to BAD) WiFi connectivity was very bad Inspite that we booked 2 adults and 2 kids 12 and 13 with breakfast but the hotel changed us 2000 SAR for the kids saying that kids stay in room for free but I have to pay them any utilities

واجهت مشكلة في الحجز المؤكد الخاص بي وتم حل الإشكالية عن طريق مشرف الاستقبال الاستاذ / عماد بيت المال بكل رحابة صدر و ابتسامة و تم تعويضنا و تقديم الضيافة وهذا يدل على حسن التعامل و حل الإشكاليات المتوقع حدوثها بموسم مثل شهر رمضان فله جزيل الشكر و التقدير

Good but disappointing stay.

Clean, luxurious, good location. Great buffet.

The staff were very strict about the policies regarding the included meals. At the beginning they told us that breakfast will be considered suhoor in ramadan, we had to pay the difference to change to iftar! Then they charged us for our 11 year old daughter for an iftar buffet even though it said meal was included!! As per them that older kids dont count in included meals!!! Although she was included in the original booking. They were very strict about this, it was very uncomfortable! Also they make you download an app with coupons to show at the restaurant!! It felt very strange and i felt it was unprofessional as no other hotels are doing that! Honestly it is a great place to stay, sadly the dining experience ruined it for us!
