This establishment was superb I would definitely return on my next visit to Maleny

I loved the apartment and enjoyed a home cooked meal and glass of wine by the fire

Location and relative privacy

When we return in the cooler months, and choose the ground floor room with fireplace, we will be mindful that the unit downstairs hears all the foot traffic throughout the night, as their bathroom is at the opposite end of the unit. We had some heavy footed residents above on one of the evenings.

Location is right in the middle of Maleny, walking distance to multiple restaurants, bakery, and grocery store. Ground floor deluxe apartment (#3) is easy to access from the sidewalk and the parking area. Decor and comfort level in the apartment was excellent. Nice size so it didn't feel cramped with 2 adults and 2 small kids. Well equipped kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. It's not a budget option but it is a very nice stay.

There was a cobweb under the wood fired heater? There's not much not to like.

We stayed in room 4 which was down about 12 stairs I think… my mum has poor mobility but the stairs were no problem at all because there was a good sturdy hand rail. the room was very nicely decorated with everything you need for a short/ long break… in fact I would have been happy to live there! The best bit about the apartment was the full length balcony… perfect for sitting out with your morning tea/coffee. My husband and I actually slept on the sofa bed which had a surprisingly thick and comfy mattress unlike most! The bathroom was was spacious and my mum found it easy to get in and out of the shower. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner was of a good quality. The location and the rear of The Old Church meant it was very quiet.. the location at the top end of the Main Street made it a good starting point for exploring Maleny.

The fridge made a few funny clunking and tapping noises overnight which at first I thought was the neighbours tapping on the wall … but that’s what fridges do and it was only because we were sleeping in the sofa that we heard it.

Close to town centre, friendly welcoming host, very clean

Location is great, perfect for walking to cafes, niche and crafty businesses and stores + incredible woodfired pizza and alternative dinning experiences. Wish we had a couple more nights booked actually; though easy enough to get to: google maps probably needs updating (or my mobile) local maps and referdex will do just fine..

Weeks before our arrival I mentioned that we would need the sofa bed made up, there were definitely sheets etc on it but it was incredibly difficult to get out of the sofa and not set up for us. I'm young and fit but had my mum and anyone older had to do it...well, there is no way. I think for $330 a night the bed should have been out and ready to use if you specify prior that it will be required. Otherwise the accommodation is great.

There were lots of places in wAlking distance

Unfortunately we had a young family above us and we could hear them running up and down . I would come back but would pay extra for an upstairs apartment.

The location was perfect - very easy access to shopping and dining options but at the end of the street so very quiet. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

There was no breakfast supplied we went out to the local cafe where breakfast was good

The room above needs carpet or sound proof as the 3 nights we stayed we could hear people and a child running up and down late at night? And also we killed a few cockroaches in the room

Location is great, steps from cafes and shops. The property is unique, spacious, and our unit had a full kitchen and spacious outdoor area. Tranquil surroundings, we had a great and relaxing time. Terri is a great host.

Minor point- noise from unit above at times - will definitely come back but will stay upstairs next time.

it was quaint, quirky and a great location.

The bathroom mirror was too high 😂 but part of its charm overall was the unique bathroom.
