Un superbe semaine au soleil !

Emplacement idéal, vue sur la mer, la plage. Appartement situé au premier étage, ascenseur. Salle de bain très pratique, douche spacieuse, eau chaude en suffisance. Cuisine bien équipée. Réfrigérateur avec boissons (softs, eau en bouteille ....et bières locales) Très calme, balcon confortable avec très belle vue sur la mer. Rincon de la Victoria dispose de nombreux restaurants et de très beaux cafés pour y prendre de délicieux petits-déjeuners. Guillermo est un hôte très sympathique.

Devoir quitter Rincon et l'appartement pour revenir en Belgique ! Nous reviendrons certainement.

Im Winter bedingt geeignet, Balkon, toller Blick auf das Meer, Süd-Lage

gute Ausstattung der Küche, gute Bettdecke, Es gibt einen Balkon mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf das Merer, in Süd-Lage! Aber: Die Heizung für die göße der Wohnung war leider nicht im Winter ausreichend. Bad und Küche, sowie beide Schlafzimmer waren praktisch nicht richtig beheizbar. Bei Sonnenschein war das Wohnzimmer auch ohne Heizung gut temperiert ! Die Wohnung war für 2 Personen relativ groß. Auch nach 3-4 Tagen war leider nur das Wohnzimmer richtig beheizt. Eher eine typische Sommer Wohnung, für den Winter nur bedingt geeignet! Aber es gibt einen Balkon mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf das Merer, in Süd-Lage! Hier ist der Wermutstropen nur der Pizeria Bäcker Geruch, der direkt unterhalb täglich seine Pizza backt. Die Pizza selbst ist sehr gut.

just a small issue. my wife likes to watch a little TV and keep up with the news . Unfortunately there were no English speaking channels available.

Segunda vez y dispuestos a repetir

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos, lo cuál ya implica que la primera vez nos fue bien, y esta segunda vez no lo ha desmerecido en nada (y esperemos que haya una tercera). El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo, y tiene unas excelentes vistas al mar, aparte de estar rodeado de comercios y restaurantes. Por otro lado, Guillermo es un excelente anfitrion que te ayuda en lo que necesites. Sin duda volveremos.

pleasant stay in a nice apartment at the beach and a very good equipped household

Well worth the stay, beautiful weather, lovely to sit on the balcony in the December sun.

Fantastic location, next to the beach, with balcony facing the sea. Great facilities,thoughtful attention to detail by the host, with kitchen facilities, broadband was efficient. Many bars, cafes and restaurants so close, as were bus stops. Supermarkets a few minutes walk away. Would like to stay there again. Guillermo was very pleasant and helpful, and keen to make the stay a good one.

TV reception, some channels could not be obtained.

Enjoyed the stay very much. Would recommend Rincon and this apartment.

Fantastic location with great view of the Med. The host (Guillermo) is a really nice man.

Only a personal viewpoint, but the bed in the double room was a little too near the floor for my liking. Having said that, I slept really well.

The owner was so helpful throughout, had beers in the fridge when I got there, the flat has a stunning view and everything I needed was there. Would recommend to anyone!

Simply the best seaside apartment

Amazing location with business strength WiFi. The owner and his son provide everything you could imagine, provide a real personal touch, and are very easy to reach. The kitchen is spacious and the proximity to the beach and local seaside cafes is unbeatable. Check-in and check-out times were flexible and the apartment complex is quiet. Amazing stay!

Superb

The apartment was beautiful and exactly as described. As our flight was a late evening arrival our host , Guillermo, messaged to ask if there were any supplies we required. The Gin , Ice and Tonic were very welcome after a long day.
