Budget room for a short stay

Very suitable for my planned trip. Ideal location for exploring the area. Very central. Basic necessities as required.

Noise from the highway right behind you is very noticeable when trying to sleep. Pictures online do not look like what the rooms are inside. Outdated very old beds.

Good location great staff but too many cockroaches

Great shower heads, loved the high chair/stools, and great range of plates and cutlery.

Cockroaches in bathroom, no windows other than those close to ceiling- feels boxed in.

Provide a suitable space for ‘people’ who smoke!

The location and price was good.

The aircon didn’t work and the bed was a bit hard. There is no sheltered area for smokers who have to smoke under a tree or the stairs at the back for shelter from pouring rain. Smokers are people too!

Convenient but not peaceful.

Was easy to find and near Coffs Harbour CBD.

Too much traffic noise in the balcony room as motel is very close the Pacific Hwy. People outside on the balcony is right outside your room window.

It was fine. It was cheap. It’s what you’d expect for a cheap stay.

Perfect for a cheap overnight stay. Definitely cheap. Towels and sheets were very fresh and clean though. 👍

Mould in the shower. Aircon didn’t cool the apartment, bathroom stank, lining coming of the lounge, pool had holes in it, no parking,

Lovely hosts, comfy beds and even a pool for the kiddies (water too cold for adults/wimps)

The hosts were lovely, friendly, generous and accommodating. Beds comfy, clean rooms.

The coffee sachets were not to my taste

Great find for a visit for sport especially after 9 hours driving

Very nice location for Oz tag competition, very friendly and helpful staff. Very neat and tidy, was great to be welcomed with air con turned on for arrival on an almost 40 degree day. Great value for money and will choose again when we return

Police chase at 3am

Room was clean and good location

The noise, police chasing after people just outside my bedroom at 3am. My two kids were put in a room 7 doors down.

It’s not fine dining, but for the price, it met our need.

The bed was very comfortable and clean. Great for just one night stop over. Shower was nice.

Bathroom has obviously had a renovation done but it’s a little unfinished.

We booked a cabin and got an old caravan the should not be allowed to be rented in its condition

Dead cockroach on floor. Floor large cracks and Lino chipped along cracks on floor. Walls crack and peeling and dirty lines on wall, large wet spot on roof and starting to mould.

I enjoyed my stay.

The room was pretty clean and the bed comfortale. Towels were blue, which was a nice change. The room overall was basic, but comfortable. Checking in and out was easy and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The overall vibe of the neighbourhood is not the best, especially if you are after a relaxing holiday atmosphere. As a stop-over or basic workers accommodation, I would definitely recommend this motel.

Air con worked.

Very noisy, light coming through upper windows all night, no curtains. Very old, big cracks in walls etc. Extremely overpriced for condition of motel, but we were desperate, so we had to pay.

Very happy hopefully we can use the pool next time

Definitely value for money … everything that we needed and extremely friendly staff

Maybe the varandah could have a bit of board up not just green cloth .. but that really didn’t interfere with our stay would be good not to share with strangers… just positive feedback

Room was a good size, shower took too long to warm up and leaked all over the bathroom floor.

The location

The shower took 5 mins to warm up and the the water leaked all over the bathroom floor , designated smoking area was near the stairs that were near our room so you could smell the smoke. No fly screen on window or sliding door. And the room smelt like a chemical smell when we first walked in and gave me a headache.

Very out dated, room was really stuffy with no ventilation. Hand basin in bathroom too small, hard to fill up kettle.

Great location and great price!

Location was great - nice and close to the town centre and food. Staff very friendly and helpful (and went above and beyond when I had a concern about a fellow traveller in a different room). The car parking is under cover which I was very grateful for as it was pouring rain. Bedding and pillows were comfy. Best freezer I’ve had in a motel room - it kept my ice bricks frozen!

Quite a lot of noise from the heavy rain and traffic - to be expected.
